We were travelling with senior citizens and an infant. Full fledged kitchen including a mixie was very helpful. There is good power back up with UPS and generator inspite of heavy rains. Ideal for family travel with elderly and young kids . The location is well placed and good restaurants at a walkable distance. Ample parking space The host and team were accessible and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

The most amazing stay around Udupi. It was quiet and peaceful and the location was perfect. The beach was barely 20 steps from the house and it has a private beach vibe. The weather was perfect for a leisure vacation. The house was very clean and there were snacks kept there. The caretaker, Sadashiv uncle, was also very kind and helpful. The property itself was very cozy and beautiful. The bedroom window view is the beach and the best part of the house. There's a kitchen area if you fancy making a meal. Very aesthetic feel to the property. the property manager, Mr. Sandesh, was also very responsive and helpful which made the stay very comfortable. Definitely recommend this stay, especially during the rains.
