Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Kadıköy

A very nice little accommodation for a solo traveler, equipped with everything you need to spend a quiet stay. Kadiköy is my favorite neighborhood in Istanbul, very lively without being too touristy, with a huge amount of restaurants and bars.

I cannot recommend this place enough - the place is literally in the middle of everything (~3 minute walk to the metro station, rest in the center of Kadikoy so you can reach quite literally anything you'd want within 10-15 minutes of walking. There's a bouldering center 10m walk way, cafe's are dotted all around etc). Place itself is pristine clean, very spacious and all-round just perfect really; I can't give enough praise. Personally one of the best parts of the place though is the host itself too - Eren is an incredibly friendly person, any issue I had was immediately sorted, and they were beyond patient with me and worked with me so that I could have the best experience (e.g. worked around my schedule for late check-in + check-out). Place genuinely felt like a real home with a fantastic host to boot - I cannot recommend anywhere better in the city.

I had a great stay at this place in Kadikoy! The apartment was spotless, everything was well-maintained, and the overall setup was very comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s close to all major transportation options, so getting around the city was quick and easy. What really stood out was the view, absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. It’s one of those places where the pictures don’t do it justice. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything went just as expected. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We had a wonderful stay, the location of the apartment is perfect, nice neighborhood, great restaurants and cafes around. Enjoyed the balcony in the apartment a lot, too. Seda was very helpful, kind and always reachable. Great host.

The location is great for shopping and transportations. A tiny house is designed for needs and stylishly. Although the building is old, the house was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious and quiet. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The immediate surroundings with graffiti looked less inviting, but this seems to be common in most of Cihangir. Overall we loved staying here and recommend the apartment.

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

I stayed in so many places, now the only place I will stay is obvious. It was incredibly beautiful. The host's beautiful face and smooth answers were incredible. It was a quiet and beautiful place, close to everywhere. We got around easily. The house was hygienic. If I talk about it again, you can be sure that it is my only address now. I recommend it to everyone...

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
