Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

The house is located in a child-friendly residential area close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa. Nearest bus stop about 800m. Grocery store, pizzeria, gym, outdoor swimming pool, pharmacy about 2 km

There is a Coop, gas station, pizzeria, bathhouse and library within walking distance. By car, you can get to central Skellefteå in about 10-15 minutes. There are also buses that take about 25 minutes into town.
