Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Our cottage is located on the oxbow lake, so you can enjoy the silence, tranquility and beautiful views. A stay in the village of Budne is a perfect break from the city buzz. We invite you to a charming cottage where you will spend pleasant moments with your loved ones. Relaxing in a jacuzzi in the forest buffer zone. The 1300 m2 fenced plot provides our Guests with safety, privacy and rest surrounded by nature. The cottage is located 80 km from Warsaw on the S8 route. Terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and a large table. Year-round private jacuzzi with no restrictions, extra charge on request 300 per stay. We accept pets for an additional fee of PLN 50 per animal.

Habitat on the Hill at the Narew River

The all year house is located in the village Ruś, at the southern end of the Biebrza National Park. It is situated on a hill, by the Narew River, with a beautiful meadows and backwaters view. It is large area (over one and a half hectares), with a grove and two ponds - one is full of beautiful carps, roaches and tenches, the other one can be used for swimming. In a beautifully decorated house with oak floor you will find six bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace and a terrace room.

Agritourism - Przystanek Karwik is a house located among Masurian meadows, lakes and forests. The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and terrace) are intended for guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate place for a bonfire, a wooden playground with a sandbox and a trampoline, as well as a hammock and deckchairs for resting.
