Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. The house is located 50 meters from Papa Nero beach in Pelion. It is recently renovated with a capacity of up to 5 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is comfortable and has a sofa that becomes a double bed, TV & Wi-Fi. The yard is spacious and has two areas to enjoy your breakfast under the shade of the trees. It has air conditioning. It is located next to the municipal Parking.

The Scandinavian Studio is part of the Le Petit Bati Boutique Studios complex in the center of Volos. Located on the 1st floor, it is 24 sq.m. ideal to accommodate 2 people. What characterizes it is minimalism, clean and simple lines with basic components of wood, white granite. Access to the studio is via the stairs (the building does not have an elevator) The staircase where access is made is narrow Children under 12 are not allowed
