Holiday rentals with beach access in Kalamaria Municipality

Sunny, spacious calm flat right in the heart of the city. We stayed in January and after a few days elsewhere in Greece spent in under-heated rooms, it was very nice to arrive somewhere warm, inviting and well-equipped. The building is scarcely a minute's walk away from Thessaloniki's main avenue/square in a bustling area, but because the apartment is at the back of the building we didn't notice any noise at all. Recommended.

The studio is fine and clean, the terrace is big enough to place things that don't fit in the room. They supported me as I asked for a car rental in the nearby before flying to Thessaloniki. They are always very helpful.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier – und es war wieder einfach perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage sowohl oben als auch unten, was besonders an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft – da beginnt die Erholung sofort. Die Straße ist etwas belebt, daher darf man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Vassiliki ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Christos’ apartment in Thessaloniki is a small, clean, and tastefully decorated space. It’s just a short walk from the beautiful promenade center and close to cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops. The balcony overlooks the street and is perfect for a morning coffee. The kitchenette is basic but fine for preparing breakfast or a light meal. Parking in the building is very tight—we needed help getting the car in and ended up leaving it there for the duration, opting for public transport instead. Christos lives in the building, is very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay—I'd happily stay here again!

Having stayed at several air bnb’s in the past, this was the nicest and cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. There were more than enough resources and equipment in the flat which made the stay really easy and enjoyable. There were lots of extra touches which just felt like so much effort has been put in. The communication was fantastic and very clear. There are photos on how to enter etc sent to you and they are so easy to follow! The parking space is good but not easy if you have a big car but was manageable. Would 10000% stay here again. What a really wonderful host!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time! Anke und Evangelos sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, um nicht zu sagen noch viel besser. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause, alles ist sehr hell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Auch gibt es Insektenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern, was ich absolut toll fand. Der Pool lädt nicht nur zum planschen sondern auch verweilen ein, bei den aktuellen Temperaturen ist er angenehm kühl, der Garten eine kleine Oase. Ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder sobald der Kalender dafür freigeben ist. Vielen Dank

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut! Ruhige Lage und Bäckerei, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt waren in der Nähe!

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

Има условия за приготвяне на храна. Препоръка от нас - липсва кана за гореща вода. С нея биха се улеснили някои дейности. Все пак на готварската печка заедно с другите котлони има и малко котлонче, на което може да се загрее вода с джезве.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο Μέγαρο και την νεα παραλία.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung , die super zentral am weißen Turm liegt. Von Vorteil sind die Vorhänge und Rolläden, obwohl wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zum Glück keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung hatten, dass bei dem heißen Thessaloniki sehr zum Vorteil ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Im übrigen gibt natürlich auch eine Klimaanlage. Und Παυλος ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und er möchte jeden Wunsch erfüllen. 🥰

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, mit Booten, die nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt am Steg lagen, in ca. 40 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Auch die Lage direkt am Strand und der herrliche Blick vom Balkon, von dem aus man den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte, haben uns begeistert. Außerdem sind viele Lokale, Bäckereien und alles, was man braucht, bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment offers everything as described. It is very easy to communicate with the hosts. The neighborhood is wonderful with lots of good restaurants and coffee shops. It is central yet quiet.

The flat and the hosts are excellent! Firstly, location is perfect, very close to the seaside, and there are lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Secondly, the flat is exceptionally clean (!), the bedsheets, cutlery and the kettle are spotless. Interior is stylish and contains some hand picked details like tiny stars on the bedroom ceiling glowing in the dark. You immediately feel care and coziness. Lastly, communication. Irene and Christos are very helpful, proactive and attentive hosts. Highly recommend 💙
