Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kalamata

Xirocampi ist ein recht hübsches Dorf und als Zugang zum Gebirge (Profitis Ilias) gut geeignet. Die Wohnung liegt über der Gaststätte der Betreiber. Sie ist sehr bunt und mit vielen alten, persönlichen Gegenständen der Familie eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Zum Beispiel auch Shampoo und Bademittel. Es war sehr persönlich und herzlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker und preisgünstig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Chalet parfaitement situé pour ceux et celles qui veulent rayonner entre 80 et 120 km ( environ ) autour, pour joindre 4 des principaux sites et villages archéologique; De Mystras à Olympie ... Ambiance montagne et calme assuré à 638m d'altitude ; ce chalet dispose d'un équipement ménager exceptionnel, à goûter sans modération et avec délice, bref, un père et son fils très satisfait de leur séjour de 10 jours; Merci Sarantos de nous avoir confié cette résidence. Emplacement magique, avec une vue incroyable sur la mer (les photos sont en dessous de la réalité !), et très bien situé pour explorer la région dans son ensemble. Et un super accueil plein de gentillesse de la part de Dimitra et son mari. Le logement était donc parfait pour nous (famille de 4 dont 2 ados).

We enjoyed so much this beautiful house. For a family of four it was very comfortable for us. Space, comfort, great view, nice beds, warm water and wifi, it was al there. We stayed a week and the location was perfect for day trips all around Mani. Vivi and Dikeos were very kind. A great way to fall in love with Greece!

Eleni and her son Nikos were great hosts. Very kind and helpful. The accommodation is very pretty and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay a lot and had a peaceful and lovely holiday. Nearby are some very good restaurants and beautiful beaches. Couldn’t be better.

Ωραίο σπίτι με πανέμορφη θέα! Καθαρό με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Μείναμε 2 οικογένειες με 5 παιδιά όλων των ηλικιών. Το μόνο που να έχετε υπόψιν σας ότι είναι μακριά από super market και με δυσκολο δρόμο, οπότε φροντίστε από νωρίτερα να έχετε τα απαραίτητα, αν έχετε μικρά παιδιά.

Τα 5 αστέρια είναι λίγα… Φοβερός χώρος,οι φωτογραφίες τον αδικούν,σε πολύ ωραία γειτονιά της Καλαμάτας,ένα πολύ άνετο,όμορφο,κ καθαρό σπίτι που σου παρείχε παραπάνω απ όσα φαντάζεσαι…όσο για την φιλοξενεια της Λαμπρινής κ του συζύγου της…άψογη! Θα τους επισκεφτούμε σύντομα ξανά καθώς μείναμε πλήρως ικανοποιημένοι!

What a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, the apartment was comfortable and perfect for my family, Nikos had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (baby crib, high chair), our kid loved playing outside in the garden and the views from our private balcony over the mountains, the sea and the olive trees were spectacular. We would love to come back again in the future! Thank you Nikos for an amazing stay!

l'hôte a été très attentionnée en nous offrant un petit repas d'accueil : sandwiches, tomates, mangue, gâteaux, bières, jus de fruits... très appréciable car logement sur les hauteurs du village, au calme, avec balcon et vue, et donne envie de se poser.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu dritt bei Ursula und Jörg und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und wir haben richtig tolle Empfehlungen bekommen.

Sophia is a wonderful host. The check in was so easy. 3 bathrooms were so convenient for 5 people but the 3 A/C's gave us a very cool environment even when the weather in Kalamata reached 100°F. Finaly the location offers some great views. Someone can view Kalamata from distance and the night lights give a glimpse of kalamata's beautiful insights. You will not regret it if you book Sophia's place. Thank you so much.

We stayed for 5 days in Klaus' apartment. It is in a lovely location , with beautiful views over the sea from the balcony. It was quiet. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. The only negative is that is is situated at the end of a rather steep road. We did not have a car so the climb up was - although good exercise for our legs - maybe challenging for older people ( we are 65+). As the place is not connected to the main drainage system, the host had asked us to use the outdoor shower, which was very pleasant.

Beautiful place just outside of Kalamata. The views are just amazing and you get the sun all day! Good facilities - mostly clean and we enjoyed our stay 😊

We have just had such a great family holiday at Villa Sadova. Its is beautiful and peaceful. The pool is great and sunsets over the sea whilst eating dinner are spectacular. Bedrooms and bathroom were luxurious and spacious. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at George's place in Kardamyli. The views from the balconies, the comfortable beds and walking distance to the charming town were all pluses. George was easy to communicate with and his colleague met us at the unit to show us around when we arrived. The unit was well appointed and felt very private. Highly recommended.

An amazing castle like home over a very large olive gorge overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning scenery all around us. Home had all the amenities one would hope for and then some. Very large space for our family of 9. Pool and hot tub were a hit plus tons of games including foosball and ping ball. The upper deck was perfect for sunsets. And while we did not use they had this amazing wood fire BBQ and sitting area one could use. The location was great. We were basically on side of mountain in a secluded area but close enough to small villages and beaches. Lots of tavernas within 10 mins…4 tavernas within 1/4 mile (although 2 were closed due to slow season). Getting into Kalamata city center was about 25 mins and well worth it. Ann provided several suggestions on her Airbnb page. While there is taxi service i would highly recommend having your own vehicle Ann has a local host, Joanna, helping out and was super helpful and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

Sofia und Fotis sind äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Nach nur 4 Tagen Aufenthalt fiel uns der Abschied schwer und wir hoffen sie bald wieder zu besuchen. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir können uns keine bessere Unterkunft in der Region vorstellen. Herzlichen Dank für die wunderbaren Ostertage!!!

Parfaite maison pour 2 couples et un bébé . Spacieuse , un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue exceptionnelle et à part une fête de voisinage très tard un soir , l’endroit était très tranquille et paisible , un plaisir pour les yeux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la belle maman et étions très heureux que le lit pour le bébé soit préparé a notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location Arbnb !

this stay is amazing. me and my friends had an amazing time, the look out on the beach in the evening, sound of birds and crickets. the beach close by is very nice and seems like a calmer atmosphere, where not that many tourist go. We enjoyed. We had good contact with the host.

This place is amazing! I felt like I was living on a movie set. The house and the views were absolutely breath taking. Even though the house is a bit further from major cities— it’s worth it! Judy was so easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Anna’s place is truly magical. The home is very private, nice and overlooking the valley below. We had a wonderful time at her house. Anna’s nice, showed us her home in all detail and was always available via phone if we needed something . As other reviewers said, her home is actually very tricky to find, as you have to drive a long, unpaved road uphill. However, her home is more suited for people dining out, as the kitchen lacks of proper cooking equipment, such as knives or a cutting board. All in all, our stay there was great and I would always recommend it to others.
