Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kalamata

Tout était parfait. L'appartement est grand et très fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions avec les petits gâteaux et les confitures. Nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Ο χώρος του Γιώργου είναι φανταστικός. Μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης, προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια όλα τα κεντρικά μέρη. ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος, όπως απεικονίζεται στις φωτογραφίες. Ο οικοδεσπότης πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε προκύψει απαντώντας πάντα άμεσα και με σαφήνεια. θα είναι η επιλογή μου αν ξαναέρθω στην περιοχή σιγουρα

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και άνετο, είχε όλες τις ανέσεις και σε βολικη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του χωριού. Και η συνεννόηση με τον Δημήτρη και την Φανή άψογη!

Τι να πω για την Κέλλυ! Ένας καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος σε ένα πανέμορφο χώρο! Η Κέλλυ μετά από αίτημα που κάναμε είχε την ευγενή καλοσύνη να μας επιτρέψει να κάνουμε μια μικρή μάζωξη στο χώρο της με catering. Ήταν ονειρικά, μια στιγμή για εμάς πολύ σημαντική που θα θυμόμαστε για πάντα! Ευγενική, γλυκιά, φιλόξενη! Πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε! Κάναμε κράτηση ολόκληρο το σπίτι, ένας πολύ μεγάλος χώρος έτοιμος να φιλοξενήσει αρκετά άτομα και πολύ όμορφος! Ένας κήπος υπέροχος, εξαιρετικά περιποιημένος! Είμαστε πολύ χαρούμενοι που επιλέξαμε αυτό το χώρο και ευχόμαστε ο δρόμος μας να μας ξαναφέρει σύντομα εκεί! Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος και για ανθρώπους που θέλουν ησυχία Και απομόνωση. Είναι ανάμεσα σε χωράφια με ελιές και απέραντο πράσινο! Μόλις 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Καλαμάτας και 4 λεπτά από τη Μεσσήνη! Δε μας δυσκόλεψε τίποτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ ❤️🌸

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst, prachtige omgeving en met fantastisch uitzicht. We hebben genoten van de plek en bevelen deze aan. Op aanraden van de host een prachtige wandeling gemaakt in de omgeving en op een goede locatie gegeten.

Lovely little house, fenced in and with a huge garden, just 100 meters from the sea. We particularly enjoyed the grill and the several sitting areas outside. We didn't mind it that much as we spent many hours on the beach or in Kalamata (which is a 10 min drive away), but with the combination of barking dogs on both sides of the house and the shotting noises (due to the hunting season), the area isn't particularly quiet.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

We had a fabulous few days at the end of our road trip, a great place to relax. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the tavernas and shops. The apartment contained everything you could need including the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The pool was warm, situated in a lovely well kept garden with beautiful lighting at night. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and it was great knowing that Eleni was close by in case we needed anything - but we didn’t! Highly recommended. Greece at its best ❤️🇬🇷

Very nice place place close to three beaches in Traditional village. The place had all the amenities and our host was kind enough to leave 6 liters of water. We will be back.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mitten in Agios Nicolaos. 100 Meter bis zum Knospi Beach, oder bis zum Hafen. Im EG gibt es eine Terasse mit Blick in den Olivenhain, im OG einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gemütlich und picobello sauber. Stavroula ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir waren sehr gerne dort und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Beautiful apartment and excellent hosts! Super helpful and responsive. The location is excellent with a great view from the spacious balcony. Easy parking, quiet, and close to everything you need. We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend!

Όλα ήταν τέλεια, το διαμέρισμα πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό, μας είχε νερά, σνακ, αφρόλουτρα, πολλές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μέχρι και ομπρέλα είχε που ξεχάσαμε να πάρουμε.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Everything was perfect. We arrived at a late hour and there was no problem. Sofia even gave us tips for our trip. We recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Pyli Apartments! The place was very clean and located in a peaceful area, just a short walk from all the restaurants. It’s the ideal base for exploring the region. We parked in the car park which was a few mins away. Georgio's was very responsive and provided us with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants etc. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the slippers, dressing gowns, and well-stocked amenities.

Βολικό διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας. Προτείνω κάποιες βελτιώσεις όπως πιο μαλακά στρώματα, περισσότερα λευκά είδη για τις 5 διανυκτερεύσεις και να υπάρχουν ειδη καθαρισμού του σπιτιού (για χρήση απο τον πελάτη).

Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und nett. Sie haben sehr schnell für jede Frage geantwortet und hilfreiche Informationen geschickt. Die Wohnungszustand war einfach top, alles modern und sauber. Nesspressokaffemaschine & Kaffee-Capsuls, Milchaufschäumer machen leckeren Kaffee. Sehr bequem mit der Geschirrmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockener. Grundzutaten zum Kochen waren zur Verfügung gestellt wie Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer. Parking an der Strasse war sehr einfach. Die Stadtmitte ist einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und werden weiterempfehlen oder wiederkommen.
