Monthly Rentals in Kalamavur

The stay was near to fantastic . It clearly met my needs of holding 7 people with ease along with three small kids . We could accommodate another family even that much big the entire house was …only two things about it were parking and one room geyser did not work . Since it was summer season the geyser wasn’t a big deal for us and I am hoping that they will correct it sooner . But parking was little difficult as we have to park it in the opposite plot . The place was safe anyways but still if it had ccp or parking inside the compound then it would be a killer. But nevertheless the place was excellent and for me the parking was also not big of a deal breaker since I was able to park a suv and a sedan comfortably in that space . Only upgradation that might be needed is they might have a water purifier or atleast three cans of water for more than three days stay… otherwise everything was perfect . Will definitely visit again

Priya S place was cute and pleasant... Especially everything we asked her for she provided before we arrived.... Kitchen N the cutlery were so nice N really what were needed. Maintenance was good. Felt very safe as we were two ladies and Adyar Anand Bhavan was just a stone's throw away.... The place was easy to find N it was easy to get tranport from there.... Would suggest this place to anyone who wants to go to Trichy

It was a lovely stay! I came with my family for two nights and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, and all amenities like the AC, fan, and lights worked perfectly without any issues. The balcony is beautifully decorated with a garden full of flower pots, making it a peaceful spot to sit and relax at night. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to any requests. His mother (aunty) warmly welcomed us, and uncle was also very kind and helpful.

Ranjani is a treasure. So much to learn from her and her family. The first impression is created with the welcome message , followed by the details on check in, routes and others - even a suggestion on timely dinner plans during our trip. We had a very late check in and it was smoothly accommodated. A home away from home it was- meticulously planned and operated to give her guests an ultimate privilege of privacy. The family works perfect to maintain their standards and match guest expectations. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will come back for a longer stay.
