A beautiful home with a great view

The property is fantastic. In front of the balcony lies the Aegean and back the mountain cools at night. Nothing is missing from the house and it feels like home. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The beaches are fantastic as it has both accessible and rugged dirt roads with crystal waters and no crowds.

A stunning view over the sea. The house is large, with great terraces to enjoy the view. Yes there are quite a few steps and the entrance to the house is about 200m from the parking space, accessible by a walk on the beach. But you quickly get used to this and once the occasional beachgoers are gone, you have the whole sea/beach for yourself and complete silence! This is so precious when you come from a big city like London. There are a few restaurants at Kymi Beach and others at Kymi village up the hill. The roads on Evia are small and windy but the landscape is stunning. There are a few waterfalls you can walk to that are absolutely superb. A very enjoyable stay at Sofia’s family house!
