Just outside the door is a small patio with nice views of the valley down towards Sävedalen. Private guest wifi is included as well as a TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen shopping street with various shops and several restaurants. At about the same time, you can reach the bus stop for further travel towards Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about 150-300 SEK

3 rooms in Lunden

This is where I live with my two kids. The weekends that we are out traveling I rent out the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so bring good condition. In one bedroom (which does not have a door), there is a 160 cm bed. In the children's room there is a 120 cm bed as well as a loft bed (it fits small people and children). Sometimes we have dog visits, therefore I cannot guarantee allergies a worry-free visit. I only rent to quiet people who show good consideration for my neighbors.

Lovely apartment in functionalis-villa in cozy Kålltorp

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with easy distance to Gothenburg city. Here, 3-4 people can enjoy the "home"feeling. Our apartment is called Pendo Amani, meaning Love and Peace, in Swahili. Pendo Amani is also a youth organization in Juja, Kenya, where there is a school called Ingemar Ericsson Learning Centre, named after Cecilia’s uncle. A part of the money our guests pay, goes to this important project, since our first guests in the apartment were friends from Kenya.

Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.
