Apartment holiday rentals in Kålltorp

A very nice and tastefully decorated apartment where it feels like home. Very quiet in a residential area close to the forest and the lake on foot and the center of Gothenburg in 10 min by tram. Everything was pretty and very clean. Jenny welcomed us very warmly and made us feel good. She even provided us with the sheets that were not provided in the listing as we were coming by plane.

We booked Susanne and Subir's apartment for two months and we had such a wonderful stay. I have absolutely no complaints and would live here forever if I could! The space is lovely and bright, clean, full of greenery, and very comfortable. The area was perfect with kids - lot's of great playgrounds nearby and the Nature reserve was just steps away for forest play or jogging. We had family come and visit us while we were here and they loved staying in the upstairs bedrooms and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. But the best part of staying here is Susanne and Subir's hospitality - they are so kind and so accommodating. They really go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel welcome.

Amazing stay, beautiful brand new apartment in a fantastic skyscraper. Free ferry rides to the city center a 10-minute walk away. Communication with the host was very smooth and the whole process was completely stress free.

Friendly host who responds quickly, delicate and nice apartment with all the necessary equipment and easy to get into Gothenburg both by car and bus. Recommended ☺️

Truly could not imagine a better place to stay for our month in Gothenburg. Kerstin’s place was cozy and thoughtfully finished with all that we could have needed- bathroom and kitchen essentials, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, she even went above and beyond and had a cleaner come halfway through our stay. The location was charming with access to trails and a lake out the back door while still being close to groceries and public transportation to access all the city has to offer. Kerstin was an exceptional host! We couldn’t recommend more 💗

Super Unit! Comfortable furnishings - the bed was fabulous (one the best mattreses we've slept on), nicely equipped kitchen and great wifi. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in Carina's unit again.

Bright and nice apartment near Liseberg and Gothia Towers. Close to trams and buses that can take you to the shopping areas of the city in 5 minutes, but also within walking distance to good restaurants. Lovely balcony and very quiet area. Flexible and smart floor plan with a huge sofa bed. Thank you for the stay and we hope to come back!

Apartment in an extremely quiet and secure residence. The Live and Stay staff are super responsive and accommodating and the apartment is perfectly maintained. It is accessible by bus (bus 60) from the central station in 15 minutes. I would recommend it 100%

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, good beds and equipped kitchen. Clean and homey. Good communication with the host, who is quick to respond, nice and helpful. Close to the center. Highly recommended.

Natalie’s place was the perfect home base for our girls weekend. Ideally situated close to the forest and the lake, but not too far out of Gothenburg. The space itself was clean and functional and Natalie was very kind to provide us with treats and recommendations on arrival. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area who is hoping to get a bit more access to nature.

Homey, well-equipped, close to Haga, Slottskogen, downtown, etc. Walking distance to everything you need and good transportation. Morning balcony for breakfast coffee and evening balcony for a drink at sunset, with Skansen Kronan as a backdrop. We highly recommend Jonas' apartment. Birgitta and Lena

Beautiful apartment, in an area easily accessible by bus (bus stop 20 meters away). The small outdoor terrace is very nice, in a quiet residence. The interior is well thought out with all the essentials for our stay! We were even able to wash a little laundry;) We were in a hurry to return the car, but Kristoffer was very nice to us, and I was able to ask her for advice afterwards. I recommend it!

We loved every second there. The vibes are immaculate, being surrounded by nature and the coziest bed ! It’s perfect for a getaway ❤️ We were very satisfied and would love to come back anytime! Just wish it was closer ❤️😂

We were there as a group and everyone found a place, even if 4 beds did not have a "secluded" room. The mattresses were quite thin at the time, which is why only light children could sleep on them. Otherwise, everything was on site and sufficient for us. The terrace was super nicely located and the kids had play facilities outside. Our host Emelie was always available and fulfilled open requests as quickly as possible.

The appliances are all newer and updated, everything as advertised. Plenty of pots, pans, good knives, etc to make meals at home. The host was very quick to respond to my questions, which is appreciated.

Good location if u are traveling and have a car. Great views. Very comfortable.
