The apartment is located with Delsjön's nature reserve just around the corner, with swimming areas as well as hiking and biking trails. There are several cozy restaurants and smaller shops near the apartment, within walking distance. Ica Kvantum a few minutes away by car, about 2 km. Kvarterskrogen Intill, Kvarterskrogen Oizo, Ölstugan Tullen Luxury Sushi, Pizza, Thai and more within walking distance.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. 3 bedroom in Lunden

Välkommen hem till mig ! Här bor jag med mina två barn. Lägenheten ligger på fjärde våningen, utan hiss! medtag god kondition ;) Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet som är 160 cm när den är utfälld. I ena sovrummet finns en våningssäng (passar barn och små personer) I det andra sovrummet finns en 120 cm-säng. Ibland har vi besök av hund, därför kan jag inte garantera allergiker ett bekymmersfritt besök. Jag hyr enbart ut till lugna personer som visar god hänsyn till mina grannar.

Spacious and family friendly apartment within 10 minutes walk from Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Ullevi. With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

Hyr vårt nybyggda, kompletta minihus centralt beläget i östra centrum av Göteborg. Här bor du lugnt och bekvämt. Området är centralt och fridfullt med mycket grönska. Huset är fullutrustat, välplanerat och snyggt och ligger bara 10 min bussresa eller spårvagnsresa från centrum! Perfekt om du ska på Liseberg, konsert på Ullevi, Gothia Cup, eller bara turista helt enkelt! Promenera i området, åk till närmsta sjö, ta en glass på glasscaféet i Sävedalen. Här finns allt på bekvämt avstånd!
