Holiday rentals with beach access in Kalymnos

Very dear and flexible landlords who run a café in the same building, which is closed in the evening. So no noise. Bright apartment in a quiet location. Good mattresses, hand towels and bath towels as needed. Small private balcony, very large communal balcony. For me, the apartment and the environment were optimal, as I had peace and quiet and could reach the restaurants on foot in the evening.

Absolutely loved staying here, best place I’ve stayed in kalymnos by far. The place is beautiful, homely and lots of little touches that made us feel right at home. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Joanna is an excellent host, very friendly and caring. We feel like we’re leaving with a friend. Hope to stay with you again in the future.

The apartment is just around the corner from the sea, 3 minutes' walk. Within 5 minutes on foot, you have numerous restaurants, cafés, bars and a kite station. The beach is great, there are shady trees or loungers with umbrellas. The apartment is in a quiet side street, cut off from the street noise or the little city bustle.

I had a lovely stay here when on Kalymnos for climbing. The apartment is located in the middle between the upper and lower road in Masouri, so it is sheltered from most of the scooter noise, while still being very close to restaurants and shops. The Trois Ilots climbing sector is also within walking distance. The sun rises just before 9 am, and sets at 8 pm, so you get as much sun as you could want on the large terrace in front of the apartment. From the terrace you have a lovely view of Myrthies, the ocean and Telendos. The owners are very friendly and flexible, and clean the apartment daily. I was working remotely during the stay and the WiFi worked perfectly for video calls and my other work. I hope to stay here next year as well :)

Our vacation at Oskar's apartment was simply great. We fell in love with Kalymnos after only one week of vacation. Oskar took perfect care of us with tips for climbing and eating. He was always responsive. All the tips helped us a lot and let us start the holiday successfully. The sea view and the tranquility in the apartment also made us enjoy the holiday very much :) We will come back :)

Margies place was beautiful and clean. The photos are exactly what you see from your balcony. Margie and George were very nice, friendly and accommodating. George came to a local restaurant and collected us and brought us to our apartment which is quiet, direct access onto a small beach, several other beaches nearby and several restaurants. it was so cheap to dine out locally and the food everywhere was of a high standard. We will definitely go back and stay there.

Evi is sooooo nice and friendly and kind and always happy to talk and help. The location is beautiful, there are a lot of possibilities to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sea view or sunset. Restaurants and a supermarket are a few minutes walk away, as is the shore. Personally, I struggled with the fridge compressor noises but this is in every accomodation that has amenities like that (I also hate air conditioning etc.- I sleep with headphones on vacation on principle now). general info: Not the ideal city in general if you come by normal car (there is a parking lot close-by that is ok, but depending on where you want to go within the city/cities, GoogleMaps is not your friend, it will try to send you through back alleys made for Smarts, Aygos and scooters) :P Tap water not drinkable! But easy lesson learned upon first contact with it because it is almost as salty as the sea.

the big advantage of the apartment of Sotiris is the location: right on the beach. In a few steps you are on the pebble beach with wonderful clear waters, and from the terrace you have an impressive view of the sea and the island of Telendos. Sotiris accompanied us with warm hospitality - her great knowledge of the history of the island is also helpful. The only drawback: The top floor in the building is used as a restaurant - the noise from there is sometimes disruptive. Nevertheless, we can only recommend it.

Selva is a great and kind host, she responded to my requests very quickly and made me feel like I was in my own home. The view from the apartment is amazing and so close to all the great places in yalikavak. Would recommend this place to any of my relative and/or friends!

A beautiful house in the most amazing location, just across the road from the water’s edge and a short walk from the pretty harbour with some lovely tavernas. The host was really helpful and everyone in the area was super-friendly. It was the perfect spot for a few nights exploring the island.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was off the beaten track and incredibly peaceful, with beautiful views. It had everything we needed, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location - close to both restaurants and mountains, perfect for climbers!

The property is superbly equipped and offers a breathtaking view of the small port of Kamari. Giannis was easily accessible at all times, responded quickly and sent us all the important information three days before arrival. One small point that surprised us a little: One of the main reasons we booked this place was the impression in the photos that it is completely alone on the hill. In fact, however, another apartment is attached right next to it (at the same height). This allows you to see and hear each other well when you sit on the balcony, as the distance is quite small. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Once we arrived we soon felt at home. Yiannis and his family were very welcoming. The house was spacious and clean. Thanks for the recommendations of places to visit. The weather was similar to the UK so we only visited one beach. A hire car gave us the freedom to explore the area. We left feeling very relaxed.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Mandraki! Shops and restaurants were within walking distance, and you could stroll through the beautiful alleys in the evening or quickly watch the sunset just two streets away. The apartment was super clean and equipped with everything you needed, and there were also some treats as a gift. Kalliopi inquired about us very kindly and was always available. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and right next to the water, Skala center, and a taxi station. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming - they even met us at the port when we got in at 2am and had breakfast and snacks for us!

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

A great experience. The house was in a very quiet place, very clean and tidy with all the necessities. The location is very good, close to all sights sights of the island. Special mention to the excellent owner Argyro , who was very kind, fully informative and very direct in communication..I highly recommend the accommodation as an excellent choice on the beautiful island of Leros!!! After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

We stayed at Koralli studios for 2 weeks. It was everything we hoped it could be. Nikki was very helpful with everything from booking us a cab from the airport, to offering to help with the ferry schedule. The studio is simple and had eeverything we needed. It's steps away from one of the main beaches and very close to great rrestaurants. The studio was professionally cleaned 3 days a week. We were so thankful to stay at Nikki's place. She was a great host!
