Holiday rentals with beach access in Kalyves Polygyrou

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Herzlichen Dank auch an Rafail. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Er hat meinen Mann früh morgens zum Bahnhof nach Thessaloniki gefahren. Außerdem war der CheckOut flexibel. Unser Flug ging spät abends, so dass wir nicht Punkt 11 Uhr raus mussten. herzlichen Dank für die Goodies.

Ein absolutes Highlight ist defenitiv die Terrasse, eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist super schön, hat genau für 3 Personen gereicht. Schön stillvolle Wohnung. Wir würden herzlich Empfangen von Ardit. Ardit war sehr zuvorkomment und hatte super Empfehlungen für uns. Alles im ganzen ein super toller Urlaub haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

First of all, I would like to point out that the hosts Elena and Nikos are very cordial, helpful and at any moment ready to assist you in everything related to your stay in their apartment, Psakoudia and Sithonia in general. The apartment on the ground floor is very clean, completely new and contains everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The house is located approximately 100 meters above the motorway and is the perfect location for a peaceful vacation, as it is separated from the hustle and bustle of the main town. If you want, you can reach the beach on foot in about 10 minutes. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants a clean and tidy brand new apartment and hosts who are always at your service.

We stayed at the apartment from September 22nd up to September 26th. The apartment was great and was equipped with all the required items to ensure an enjoyable stay. Communication with Ivan before and during our stay was easy, friendly and helpful. On our final day our flight out of Thessaloniki was late in the evening and because no other guest would be arriving the same day we were allowed to stay until 18.00 which enabled us to freshen up before leaving for home. As our stay was at the end of the summer season there weren't a lot of tourists around resulting in a low key and quiet setting, something we enjoyed very much. In Nea Poteidaia everything was easily reachable by foot, we especially enjoyed eating at To Kritamo and the great view from our balcony. All in all a great place to stay and a great host!

Despoina ist sehr hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich und war immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. 🌿✨

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet agréable appartement à la vue formidable sur la mer. Tout a été pensé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. Des bouteilles d'eau au frais, des gels douche et une disponibilité du propriétaire qui est là pour répondre à des demandes éventuelles avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La plage est à 100 mètres avec du sable d'un côté et de l'autre avec des petits galets mais quasi déserte, le paradis ! Il est préférable néanmoins d'avoir un véhicule pour faire les courses. Nous recommandons cet appartement simple mais parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Un loc ideal de relaxare, cu gazde primitoare, o locație liniștită, confortabilă și intimă, cu posibilitatea alegerii mai multor moduri plăcute de petrecere a timpului: în apropiere se află o frumoasă plajă sălbatică, iar la o plimbare de circa 5 minute sunt numeroase restaurante și baruri cu zona de plajă impecabil amenajată. Un loc minunat și o locație excelentă în care cu siguranță vom reveni în anul viitor. Mulțumim, Antonis!

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Recomand! Locuința este frumoasă, exact ca în poze și este curățenie. Gazda este de asemenea foarte amabilă și prietenoasă.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Ik kan de accomodatie van Theo en Anna erg aanraden. We hebben er in het voorseizoen een week verbleven en het erg naar onze zin gehad. Het huis is ruimtelijk, netjes, sfeervol en alles is aanwezig. Theo en Anna hebben ons ruim van tevoren geïnformeerd over de aankomst en overige tips en tricks. Ook kregen we na aankomst heel veel fijne aanbevelingen voor de omgeving. Het contact was heel prettig en we hebben ons erg thuis gevoeld. Hopen nog eens terug te komen!

Dimitris place is a great choice for a summer vacation. The villa is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, and at the same time - close to the beach. The house was very nice and clean, everything was as described. Dimitris was very polite and answered all our questions very quickly and with willing to help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Μοναδική εμπειρία στη Νέα Ποτίδαια – Όμορφο, ήσυχο και άψογα διακοσμημένο σπίτι! Το σπίτι όπου μείναμε στη Νέα Ποτίδαια ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο! Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και προσεγμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Η διακόσμηση του είναι εξαιρετικά γούστου, μοντέρνα αλλά και φιλόξενη, με ατμόσφαιρα που θυμίζει μικρή ιδιωτική βίλα. Από τη στιγμή που μπήκαμε, νιώσαμε ότι βρισκόμασταν σε έναν όμορφα διαμορφωμένο προσωπικό χώρο διακοπών – ήρεμος, φωτεινός και απόλυτα χαλαρωτικός. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, ιδανική για ξεκούραση, μακριά από τη φασαρία. Αν και η θάλασσα και τα καταστήματα δεν είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια, με το αυτοκίνητο ή άλλο μεταφορικό μέσο χρειάζεσαι ελάχιστα λεπτά για να βρεθείς σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο ή σε ταβέρνες με πεντανόστιμο φαγητό. Η καθαριότητα του χώρου ήταν υποδειγματική και τίποτα δεν έλειπε από τον εξοπλισμό. Είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για μια άνετη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν άψογοι. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung , die super zentral am weißen Turm liegt. Von Vorteil sind die Vorhänge und Rolläden, obwohl wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zum Glück keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung hatten, dass bei dem heißen Thessaloniki sehr zum Vorteil ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Im übrigen gibt natürlich auch eine Klimaanlage. Und Παυλος ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und er möchte jeden Wunsch erfüllen. 🥰

Wir waren hier Ende Mai und sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber dennoch viele Restaurants und kleine Cafés in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle Ausstattungen wie beschrieben vorhanden. Der Checkin war sehr einfach und flexibel. Wir konnten nach Absprache sogar schon vormittags um 11 Uhr einchecken. Es gab zwar kein privaten Parkplatz an der Unterkunft, aber immer genügend Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Sie liegt etwas vom Stadt Zentrum entfernt, ca 45 min zu Fuß, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, weil man die ganze Strecke am Wasser entlang gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Highlight war die Terasse, von der man sehr schön aufs Wasser gucken konnte. Wir würden immer wieder bei Sofia Buchen. 😊

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage – und doch ist man in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Eine wirklich schöne Kombination aus Ruhe und Nähe zu allem, was man braucht. Dimitri war ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und war gut erreichbar, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Terrasse – ein schöner Ort, um morgens in Ruhe zu frühstücken oder abends entspannt den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
