Holiday rentals in Kalyves Polygyrou

We really loved staying at Sotos place. It was unreal to have so much space to live in while you see many people spending their time in small vacation appartements around you. Waking up and drinking a coffee on the beautiful terrace while watching birds fly in and out of olive and pomegranate trees were to most serene moments during our holiday. We were even visited by a wild turtle 😍🐢 We will definitely come back 💙

great location, very close to the water - which was amazingly clear and warm.

The house is excellent for everybody. The sea is literally in your backyard. A few restaurants are at walking distance, maybe 15min. Supermarket is also at walking distance. The house,even if it's a bit older, it is very well equipped. We were able to find everything needed for cooking/ cleaning. As i mentioned, the furniture is a bit older, this means that some doors will be a bit noisy, and usage marks will be seen on the furniture. Nothing to actually complain about. Kostas was very friendly, very easy communication with, he even left us a bunch of extra towels when we asked for them. I warmly recommend this place and i would definitely return!

Absolutely fantastic place to enjoy Halkidiki without the overcrowded energy that exists all around. Super chill and quiet with the most generous and nice hosts Will come back again Highly recommended!! Thank you George ❤️

Wir waren 11 Tage mit 2 Kindern in Lefteris Haus. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist super geräumig! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Lefteris hat uns persönlich empfangen und hat einige Lebensmittel bereits für uns eingekauft und Wasser kalt gestellt! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und darüber hinaus! In nur 1 Minute ist man am Strand. Dort gab es kostenlose Sonnenschirme. Wir hatten ein Auto und waren sehr viel auf chalkidiki unterwegs. Lefteris hat uns unzählige Empfehlungen gegeben! Das war einfach super! Er hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Er war sehr nett und herzlich und wir haben uns mit ihm sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub mit einem Super- Mega- Host! Herzlichen Dank an Lefteris und Despoina!

Das Reihenendhaus liegt in einer ruhigen, relaxten, familiären und sicheren Wohnanlage. Es gibt 2 Terrassen, einen Balkon und nen kleinen Garten, 2 Markisen (nicht einfahrbar) und an allen Fenstern Insektenschutz und Schiebeläden. Zum Sandstrand mit Duschen sind es 100m, Lebensmittelgeschäft 100m, Restaurants ca.900m Fussweg. Auto ist von Vorteil, um auch andere Strände und Orte besuchen zu können. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Direkt vor das Haus kann NICHT gefahren werden (der Aufteilung der Wohnanlage geschuldet). WLAN vorhanden (manchmal langsam). Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im OG, die ist aber völlig ausreichend. Alle in der Beschreibung stehenden Sachen waren vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar. Bitte die Hinweise zu Wasser/Abwasser beachten. Preis/Leistung von Gastgeberseite (netto! 😉) für die Hauptsaison ist ok. Wir würden wieder buchen. Vielen Dank und weiter so !

The hosts and the house itself gave us a fantastic holiday with incredible friendliness and helpfulness as well as the perfect location of the house. It is very close to the sea with a great quiet beach. The house has everything you need. Everything is as in the photos. There are nice restaurants nearby. The supermarket is not far. You don't need a car for the whole holiday. You can hire a car online at any time, which is also delivered, or you can book a shuttle transfer with driver. The hosts are the best you will ever find.

Благодаря,Цвети!Всичко беше много чисто и подредено,с отлично обзавеждане. Това беше една от най-хубавите ни почивки, за която до голяма степен допринесе чудесния апартамент на Цвети. Перфектно място, на метри от плажа, с гледка към морето. С удоволствие бихме го посетили отново.
