The condo was just like the pictures, and the amenities were great! John was very responsive and made everything super easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great clean place with a very nice view of the ocean from the bed. The place was in a great location with tons to do all around. The door code was super nice because we didn’t need to worry about losing a key or anything. The room comes with everything you need and even more. Was very pleased and had a wonderful time in Maui :)

Perfect place to enjoy Maui with beach view from balcony. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super well equipped! We had a toddler and there was a pack n play, dining chair booster, a few toys, and baby utensils! Megan was super responsive and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend the walk down the beach to the sugar beach bakery.

We came here for our 20th anniversary. The views and beach are unparalleled. It is a more private setting and not walkable to downtown Kihei. This was perfect for us because we just wanted a chill place to be. It is still very accessible to the entire island and Kihei is really easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Really nice! Loved the view and the building is perfect direction for sunset. Condo was clean and big. The only thing I would say is that they should maybe add Tupperware and ziplocks but other than that the condo and host were great!!

We feel incredibly lucky that we found this place! Kihei / Wailea area is the place to be. Complex felt safe and was very private which we loved. Cannot beat how close you are to the beach. A great beach, at that! The pavilion / pool area was such a nice add on. Place was clean and super cute. Host was super accommodating and responsive. Absolutely no notes. We will be back to Maui and I have 0 question as to where we’ll be staying. Thanks, Laura!

Book it! I have come to Maui several times and stayed at both Hotels and condo type resorts and let me te you this is perfect (especially for families) The house had everything from a fully stocked kitchen (minus food ofc) , Pack and play for babies to beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, snorkel gear. I usually rent those, so that was nice to have! The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom was such a treat. The condo atmosphere is mostly quiet and laid-back. The lanai was my absolute favorite! I was nervous about not having AC but it honestly was not needed between the fans and the natural ocean breeze that comes in(especially in the second room) the whole house stays comfortable. I absolutely will be staying here again in the future!

What an amazing place! My husband and I were able to truly relax at this beautiful ocean front house. Gardens and lawn surrounding house are gorgeous too. Almost a 3/4 wrap around view as the yard is at an angle and you can see the ocean past the neighbor's house yard to the right. Beautiful house, pictures don't do it justice. Short walk to little beach with turtles resting on the shore. House was well stocked with everything you could need. My only complaint would be that there is no TV. Not much to do in Hawaii at night so would have been nice to watch movies/news/sports together rather than being on our own devices.

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

We had the best time at this condo! It was quiet and clean and was exactly what we were hoping for! Don was incredibly responsive when I had questions or needed recommendations to rent baby gear! We had a great time and hope to Come back again

We, a small family, recently stayed in Kaanapali Maui and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials — from kitchenware including a blender and all of the beach necessities. After going around the island and picking up some fresh fruit, it was a nice afternoon treat to be able to make our own smoothies! Highly recommend it. The view from the lanai (balcony) was absolutely stunning. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, and in the evenings we were treated to the most spectacular sunsets. The sound of the waves crashing was the perfect background to a truly relaxing vacation. The location was ideal just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. We loved being close to snorkeling spots and whale watching opportunities. The complex also had a pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill

This is really well situated. A hundred feet from the back door and you are on the beach. Wake to the sounds of the birds from the adjacent wildlife refuge. It's intimate, with only four rental units in the building. No big hotels in the area, so the beach is uncrowded, and has basking sea turtles! Beautiful sunsets. They could have had 5 units, but kindly equipped the middle unit as a common room where departing guests leave food, drinks, and supplies like sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Free snorkeling and beach supplies, bikes with lights/locks/helmets, boogie and paddleboards, an ocean kayak, TONS of movies, books, and CDs. Our unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything except a dishwasher and a full-size oven (there is big high quality toaster oven). Note the toilet/shower area is open at the top. Gary and his team communicated clearly for entry and exit but otherwise left us alone unless we had a question. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Magrit’s place on Maui! The place was comfortable (including the beds!), private, and had spectacular views. There was not direct beach access, but we knew that going in and we spent lots of time exploring the island and other beaches. Having our own yard overlooking the waves (and surfers) was just right for us while we sipped our morning coffee or unwound from a busy day. While the north shore is a bit more humid and the beaches are less calm, we much preferred this area to the other parts of the island where all the resorts are located. Paia is very cute with some great restaurants and shops and it’s centrally located for exploring the north country or the road to Hāna. If it didn’t take 12+ hrs to fly there we would be back there again soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. It made getting around with my 7-year-old so easy and stress-free. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Jon was a fantastic host—very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. He provided clear instructions for everything and went above and beyond by offering great suggestions for kid-friendly activities we could enjoy during our stay. This was truly a perfect home base for our time in the area.

Darren was such a great host! He was always quick to respond and very kind and informative throughout the entire stay. He made time to check on us and made sure our stay was going well. Everything was easy to access and his Airbnb provided many great items for the beach. He gave recommendations and we did use this guide to help us plan. Pool access was easy and nice. After long days out and at the beach, coming back to the pool was very relaxing. We loved that abc store was just a 5 minute walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our first time in Maui!

We had a great time! Close to the beach and the apartment had everything we could possibly need for days at the pool/beach. Scotty was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Our place was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location was terrific as well, with beautiful beaches close by. A short drive to many restaurants. Christopher reached out to help us if we needed anything. This was our first experience with Airbnb, and definitely a positive one!

Place was perfect for my family vacation! They had everything you need especially if you have little kids. The beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie board was great to have there. We stay in Kihei all the time and this location is great with the food options, parks and beaches right around.

This condo is where you want to stay at while in Maui. You will have absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and more. The floor plan is spacious, very well decorated with details that make you feel at home away from home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, amazing views of the ocean, full closet with hangers and all sorts of things the host provides so you can enjoy yourself at the beach or parks. Things like a cooler, beach chairs, tennis balls and rackets, you name it, it’s in there. The bathroom is very practical and well designed too. The shower has amazing water pressure!! The lanai is one of the best parts, IMO. You can get to it through a glass door in the living room or the bedroom. The windows and glass doors are floor to sealing giving you natural light all day. I didn’t tun on the TV once, but there is one. I’m running out of space in this review and want to say so much more!! I’m coming back for sure!

What a beautiful space! Janice was a wonderful host, you can really tell she loves this little piece of paradise. The ocean views are stunning, and the sea breeze is just perfect. You honestly don’t need the AC (and I’m menopausal) Janice provides great instructions on how to make the most of the breeze, and it’s far better than using air conditioning. The location is ideal — as the last unit on the floor, no one walks past, so you can comfortably enjoy having the doors open (there’s a secure screen door for peace of mind). Regarding the sandbags: they’re along the entire strip, and after staying here, I feel a previous reviewer was unfair. It’s clearly not something Janice can control, and the incredible ocean view far outweighs the sight of sandbags. The bed was also really comfortable, a big plus for me, as I have bad hips. Oh and turtles we saw every day!!

The condo is located directly on the beach with beautiful views of the nearby island and the crater. We could easily walk down to a small beach directly behind the condo where turtles come up every day to rest. The condo itself was comfortable for my boyfriend and me. Furnishings and appliances are a bit outdated, but nothing was in poor shape. Location is walkable to a great food truck “court”, coffee shops, and restaurants. Parking spaces are tight, although a minivan and mid size truck managed to park beside us. The stay included free tickets for activities. We took advantage of the Maui Gold Pineapple Farm tour and loved it.
