Holiday rentals with beach access in Kamari

Amazing location! Walkable to many restaurants and shops all along Perissa and Perivolos beaches. The restaurant right next door had lounge beds available free with $15 purchase. Everything was nice and clean, host was responsive and friendly…highly recommend!!!

Well, our fifth island and what a lovely apartment! A lovely size, spotlessly clean and the perfect location, away from all the hustle and bustle of Thira and Oia. The buses are easy to work out, o need for a car really. Everything we needed was here - loads of storage, comfy beds, coffee! and such great communication and recommendations! Perivolos has some brilliant restaurants. We’d love to go back 😎

We had a wonderful stay with Kelly in Akrotiri. Kely was very kind and helpful for anything we needed, and she provided a great selection of groceries for morning meals and beach towels which we really appreciated. The flat is very clean. Fira and Oia were close enough to get to quickly by car but far enough away to not be affected by their busy traffic. We definitely recommend this accommodation if you want a good base for exploring the island. Kely is the best host I have ever met. Thanks again Kely.

This was a return visit to the suite of apartments and our experience was just as good as our first visit. Irene is very friendly and helpful, the apartments are very comfortable, in easy walking distance to Perissa beach / restaurants and also close to a good supermarket. Highly recommended!

Flora is a super host and we had a fabulous stay at their place. Right from a heart warming personal reception outside the home, delicious welcome cookies, refreshing Ouzo to detailed local suggestions, everything was just awesome. The house is suitably located just 5 min walk from a supermarket and bust station to Fira. The house is exact as the photos and is fully equipped with all amenities making you feel at home. The hosts were very responsive to all our queries. Would love to come back again and recommend to everyone.

What a find - the property was lovely, from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. The view of the ocean was fabulous, the villa was spotless and perfect for our needs. The pool is perfect to dip into to cool down on sunny days and the patio just serene to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beatrice gave us great recommendations - and everywhere we went everyone was friendly and the welcome was warm. Beatrice herself was the perfect host - she was communicative and very helpful, throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - we had a fantastic time here 😊

Our villa was stunning with a most beautiful sea view. It was also extremely private. A short bus ride away from Thira and a short taxi from Oia. The host and her entire team were some of the most friendly and welcoming people we've come across on our travels. It is clear that they have a deep love for Santorini which has definitely rubbed off on us! Safe that when we go back we will be hoping to stay with them again be it in this property or one of their many others on the island. ευχαριστώ!

It was so nice to return to a quiet place after the busyness of the cities. There were no direct neighbors and quiet night. Our host was so kind and easy to work with. The pool and outside furnishings were amazing and the BBQ was clean.

Our stay at Amantes Amentes was really exceptional! Kostas and his parents are extremely friendly and helped us with all our issues. The apartment was right at the beach, very clean and had literally everything we needed. I recommend anyone who wants to stay here to rent a car to get around because the apartment is far away from the popular cities. Thank you Kostas and big thanks to your parents for everything ♥️

Our stay at Avra was amazing and felt right at home. The place was clean, homely and had everything we needed! Katia was an amazing host - so responsive! She warmly greeted us on arrival, recommended some great spots to visit/try, and organised our car rental and airport transfer. This made our trip very stress-free and we always felt looked after while staying at Avra😊 Could not recommend the place and Katia enough!

My boyfriend and I had a great time: from the start, we were greeted with so much warmth and sweetness by Marketousa, who was always available to help us and respond to our needs. The house was small but perfect for two people: very well equipped, very clean and really very beautiful: both outside and inside. It was a dream to stay with them. One thing that really struck us was one day when, returning home, we found the sheets and towels changed and arranged in the shape of a heart with petals and chocolates.🥹🥹🥹♥️♥️♥️ We really appreciated these small gestures of care... the cleaning was in fact offered at no additional cost and these details are not to be underestimated. You rarely meet hosts like this, thank you 🙏

Mr. Kostas reached out to us in plenty of time, set everything up from our transfers, rental cars, excursions, dinners, sunset cruise, etc. He MADE out trip and helped us experience everything we wanted to do in Santorini and maximized all of our available time. He is simply the best! We are forever grateful! for him! The villas we quiet and relaxing, food, drinks, service was top notch. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Vitali provided superb service, and he did a little of everything around there. On site breakfast was very good. But none would have been possible without Mr. Kostas, we cannot thank him enough.

Beautiful three night stay at Apanomeria Boutique Residence with Soritis end of October 2024. Fantastic communication with Soritis, helpful information appreciated throughout our vacation, journey! Lovely surroundings, warm spa Pool and hot shower. Lovely clean homely Apartment. Plentiful places to sit and relax. Walking distance to Sunset, restaurants and bars. We hired a ATV and drove to beaches on other side of Santorini. Beautiful bakeries across the island! We stayed here for 5 days and we had an amazing time. The airbnb is at a perfect location (2 minutes away from the beach) and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! I would definitely come again!

We had an amazing stay at George’s place. The Villa was beautiful and close to everything. Staff was incredibly helpful and organized our activities/rides. We can’t wait to come back!

Airbnb was exactly as photos. Very authentic Greek type home. Host was extremely helpful and even arranged transportation for our group. Breakfast was included and quite good ! Would not hesitate to return when in Santori
