The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. A small house in a beautiful garden, located only 5 km from České Budějovice. Ideal for couples and travelers who are heading to discover the beauty of South Bohemia. The space is literally surrounded by greenery and you can enjoy your stay in privacy and tranquility. For those traveling with their four-legged pets, this place is perfect! There is also a barbecue in the garden. Inside the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet and, of course, a bedroom. I look forward to your visit!

Chata u chameleona nabízí ubytování na břehu rybníka, s prostornou terasou s grilem, bazénem, vířivkou a s cedrovou infrasaunou s výhledem na rybník a večer s posezením u krbu... Můžete se romanticky projet po rybníku na loďce, nebo si zahrát pingpong :-) Kdo si chce užít přírodu na maximum, může se koupat přímo v rybníku s písečným vstupem, ostatní se rádi vykoupou v bazénu u chaty. Večer doporučujeme romanticky pozorovat při grilování na rybníku radky, kachny, labutě a možná i ledňáčky... .-)

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Ráno si užijete klidnou snídani na piknikové dece, projížďku na loďce a během dne se osvěžíte pod solární sprchou nebo si odpočinete v hamace s výhledem na západ slunce. Nově u nás najdete i soukromou saunu na dřevo – ideální rituál pro prohřátí těla po celém dni. Večer vás pak zahřeje praskající krb nebo ohniště pod širým nebem, zatímco nad hlavou tiše poletují netopýři. Ideální místo pro chvíle ticha a útěk do přírody.

The house is situated about 3 km from the city centre. Český Krumlov is the famous historic town,with a UNESCO site. Another near places: Šumava Mountains and Lake Lipno.
