Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kanab

Our family had a wonderful stay and used the space as a base camp for trips to area parks and sites. Location was great and the house was clean and comfortable!

We've been lots of places and this is one of my favorites!!!! Kanab is incredible!!! Stay here if you want to have the best visit ever.

This place was a great pick to visit Zion and Bryce National Parks. We had a total of 9 guests and everyone felt very comfortable with the amount of space in the home. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and there was a pack and play available for the baby to sleep in. This is a great option for large families who are visiting the area!

Harmony's place was a delight to stay at. The western/cowboy theme was so fun and very fitting for the area. My son really enjoyed the bathroom with the barrel storage and sink. The home itself was very clean and provided a nice relaxing atmosphere after touring Zion and Bryce Canyon. I would definitely recommend Harmony's place to anyone traveling to that area, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids had an awesome time here! We wanted a peaceful vacation where we didn't see anyone and we got just that! The property is awesome, we didn't have to leave for an entire day, there was enough do there. House is clean and very comfortable. They have sand toys for kids to use on the little beach which was great! There was a family of geese that live around the lake and we really enjoyed seeing the babies swimming everyday. A great jumping off point for visiting Bryce and Zion. You can tell the owners care about your experience. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our 5 star stay in Nick's house. We chose the location as it was convenient for visiting Zion and Bryce. The house is bright, spacious, clean and very well equipped. We made good use of the hot tub under the stars. We also appreciated the comfy beds and efficient shower and bath. Would highly recommend.

We went with our family ( 3 teens and my husband and I) to explore national parks, state parks and other sites of southern Utah over spring break. House was spacious for 5 of us. Really nice town of Kanab. Great home base for our daily excursions. Loved the view of nearby hills. Very quiet street that my boys used to throw a baseball around. They also loved the ping pong table and the piano. The kitchen was stocked not just with utensils and dishes but some basic spices, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil, etc. the washer and dryer was also great since hiking on trails and in rivers was sometimes messy and great to be able to clean up ( and pack lighter). We.had a great time and this place really felt like a home away from home. On a side note-Our kids are bigger now but remembered traveling with younger kids- there was a lot available for little kids (baby equipment, unbreakable dishes/cups, kids books, kids movies, games, toys, craft supplies).

On our mother daughter road trip we stayed at Deborah’s cabin for 3 nights. It’s hard to call it a cabin because it was such a great size! My daughter took the loft—which is an en-suite that included a separate area for reading, writing or just lounging. I was happy to stay in the cozy downstairs. Every room had terrific views as there were windows on every wall. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, there were ample places to curl up on a couch or sit at a large dining table, as well as multiple outside rooms for dining and lounging. The whole place was spotless—even the linens were like new! We also were so appreciative of things that showed wonderful thoughtfulness: like the little packets of wipes next to the binoculars, and the epsom salts next to the bath. The property is gorgeous! We saw cows and wild turkeys and jack rabbits. And at night we saw the most magnificent stars. All in all it was a magical place to be and we hope to return again soon!

This is a great location near many things to do and see. Our dog was welcome, and the place had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again! There is a little road noise if you’re a light sleeper, be aware. It didn’t bother us, though.

I would highly recommend Happy’s place. I had a quick overnight stay but the place is very affordable, thoughtfully designed, immersed in nature, clean, no noise, etc. I would return for a future stay.

This was a great place to return to after a long day adventuring. So many amazing things to see in this corner of Utah that we stayed here for a week and made this little house our home. The kitchen was perfect to cook at home and the location is so close to town if you decide to go out instead. The hot tub was a main reason for booking this location but it was sadly "under repairs" when we asked about it with "no maintenance on site". That was a bummer and would have loved that to have been included on the listing. Also worth mentioning, the bedroom wall is shared with another unit so if you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs. Otherwise you'll be real familiar with how often you're neighbors use the bathroom at night. It's also right next to a main road which isn't shown in the photos. Overall this place is perfect for setting up a home away from home while seeing all the beauty Utah offers. Make sure to visit Best Friends Sanctuary!
