Our neat detached house's side apartment is located close to the center of Kangasala (0.5 km). Our apartment has two rooms, a bedroom and a living room, as well as a kitchenette and a bathroom. Our apartment has dishes, a coffee and kettle, induction stove, oven, microwave, double bed and sofa bed. Extra mattresses are available if needed. There is a parking space for guests in the yard. Close to Ukki Lake and great hiking trails in Kirkkoharju area. Good transport connections to Tampere, by bus about 30 min, 150m to the stop.

Welcome to relax in the peace of the countryside with modern comforts. The cottage is well-equipped. The surrounding nature offers tranquility and activities. The cottage has a lake view, but no private beach. Swimming area in Vesijärvi is within walking distance. Possibility to rent a hot tub. Pets are allowed. You can grill sausages at a nearby hut. There is a lean-to within walking distance, where you can go on a forest trip. By car, you can reach the center of Kangasala in 20 minutes and Tampere in 40 minutes.

Koe helppoa asumista lähellä keskustaa. Pysäköi ilmaiseksi ja lataa autosi edullisesti. Koe virkistävä luontoyhteys mm. maastopyöräreiteille takapihaltasi käsin. Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Jääkylpymahdollisuus 25 euron lisämaksusta (5.8.2024–>).

Rinteessä sijaitseva valoisa, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu 3 h +k talon toisessa kerroksessa. Näkymät ikkunoista ovat huikeat: metsä- ja järvimaisema kajastavat taustalla. Asunto sijaitsee kuitenkin Kangasalan keskustassa, jonka palvelut ovat kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Pysäköinti onnistuu helposti, vieraille varatuille paikoille. Asunnosta on hyvät yhteydet myös Tampereelle, jonne menevät bussit kulkevat asunnon läheltä noin puolessa tunnissa. Omalla autolla matka taittuu n. 20 minuutissa.

Loistava sijainti suoraan ratikan päätepysäkin vieressä (200m). Talo on valmistunut kesäkuussa 2022. Lähellä on mahtavat ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Hervantajärven retkeilyalue on aivan vieressä ja uimarannalle on n. 800m. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan (Sale) n. 250m ja Hervannan Duo -kauppakeskukseen matkaa 2,5km. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. Ski trails 2 km. Train station 1.2 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7 km.

This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.

Welcome to Villa Valpuri, a lovely cottage on the Peltola estate in Kangas, Raiku village. Villa Valpuri is easy to reach - it is just a stone's throw from Tampere-Lahti road. From Villa Valpuri, you can admire Raikunjärvi and within a walking distance, you can enjoy the great outdoor opportunities of Vehoniemenharju with its lean-tos. At Villa Valpuri, you will feel like you are resting in the Finnish countryside.

Next to Kangasala market place (very central location). 20 min from Tampere by car. Nice view from the balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun. Shops and other services close by. Lift takes you directly to the underground car park. Buses to Tampere leave in front of the building. A big tv has been installed on the wall (not in the pictures). Quick wi-fi.

The place is peaceful and the nearest neighbor is about 300 meters away. A hot tub (no jacuzzi) is available at an additional cost of 50 eur/day and 80 eur/week
