The apartment is on the same floor as the Arena's main entrance, and walking time from the apartment door to the Arena's main doors is only 45 seconds! There is also a magnificent 7th floor terrace yard overlooking the city and the main doors of the Arena.

On the seventh floor there is a stunning rooftop terrace with stunning views over the rooftops of Tampere. The rooftop terrace is shared by all residents of the house.

This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. If you stay longer, we can have a stove installed for your convenience. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
