Holiday rentals with a patio in Kapaʻa

WOW we loved this location so much!!! Right across the parking lot there are shops and an ABC market. Then RIGHT next door is Imua coffee which has the besttt coffee and gf df bfast item. Then the hotel next door has yoga every morning at 830am- drop-ins allowed for all!! This Airbnb has some units in the building operating as hotel, so it very much gave a hotel feel with spectacular grounds and clean everywhere. Would recommend for proximity to airport, and distance to north and South Island.

We only stayed one night, got there pretty late and left very early in the morning. Place was perfect for our needs, easy and flexible check-in, clean, great location. I would stay again if in Kauai.

Guys, everything was perfect! Princeville is nice and quaint. We took a walk through the golf course area and enjoyed all the trees/scenery. Parking is very close to the unit and Ryan is very responsive. The place is pristine and had everything we needed

A wonderful stay for our young family! Stay was well kept and as pictured. We loved the walk ability to beautiful beaches and access to the Athletic Club. The area is unmatched and the A/C wonderful. Bonus: the kid amenities. It doesn’t go unnoticed that Shaun and his wife are parents and took the time to think of the little things. Little fish is a definite bonus across the street! We hope to be back. As hotel owners ourselves we would highly recommend this stay.

Absolutely wonderful spot. We visited Kaua’i with intentions of relocating there next year. This place was just what we needed. The best part is that everything is walking distance: the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and even a pharmacy. We stayed 9 days and felt right at home. There’s lots of kitchen supplies to make smoothies in the morning, cook lunch, and bbq dinner by the pool. This was perfect because I’m a personal trainer and don’t eat out too much. Stayed here for a week to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend Erick place was easy to find and we had a great time! Everything was spotless and beautiful we would most definitely be coming back KAUI IS A BEAUTIFUL 🏝️!!!

This condo was superb. Perfect location overlooking the beach. Good temperature control. Beautiful furnishings. Made use of the pull out full size bed and twin pull out bed for kids in living room. Well stocked with trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent. Multiple beach towels available. No closet available in master bedroom (they were both locked at the bottom with padlocks), only a single tall dresser with 6 drawers. We made use of available suitcase holders to help store our clothes. Wifi was patchy at times but usable. Loved the views, close proximity to beach and pool and central location which made it easy to get to both in north and south sides of the island in a reasonable time to do all the activities we wanted to do. Safeway grocery store and Ross clothing store is right across the street as well as an ice cream store where we got ice cream several nights during our stay. Close to Kapa’a and Lihue. Grounds are spectacular, well maintained. Pool is huge with 3 hot tubs

We had such a great time here! The location in Kapa’a is perfect—right in the middle of the island, so it was easy to explore both the north and south shores and Waimea Canyon. The nearby Coconut Marketplace is convenient, and I recommend the Tuesday and Thursday farmers market in the parking lot. We grabbed local produce, bread, and butter mochi, and the kitchen was just the right size for making fresh meals. The place was clean, nicely updated and cozy and comfortable home base. We slept well. Allen was super friendly and responsive leading up to our trip, and even gave us a quick call to make sure everything was going well. We also appreciated having beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and even a cart—it made beach days super easy. As a younger couple, we loved the slower pace and small-town feel of Kauai after being in Honolulu for a wedding. Nothing felt too far away, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy and convenient spot. We would book again!

Perfect condo for an island getaway. The condo matched the pictures and was relaxing and comfortable. Perfect place to come back to after a long day of beach adventures. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place to stay! House was very clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful details. Location is perfect for exploring all that kauai has to offer, given proximity to wailua river, the easy drive to northern beaches, but also to southern areas for Allerton, etc. Peter was very responsive and suggested some great hikes that weren’t on our radar. But we also just enjoyed being in the house for down time after all our activities, with windows open and that ocean breeze blowing through. We didn’t want to leave.

The place surpassed all our expectations. The views from the balcony of the mountains, lush trees, flowers and waterfalls are so beautiful. We definitely want to go back. You will not be disappointed!!

This house was perfect. The porch was nestled up against the forest and we had horses visit us each day. It was a very short walk to a quiet beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for groceries. Honestly didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere else on the island because this place was so relaxing.

Great place in the north area of Kauai. Close to Hanalei. Sina’s place was great for my boyfriend and I. We really appreciated the AC in the bedroom and the free laundry in the place. The host was also great at communicating and responding quickly. I would book with Sina again in the future! :)

We stayed our last night in Kauai at Jake's place, and it was nice to have somewhere very close to the beach while still feeling very private and peaceful. The only noises heard were the chickens. They have air conditioning as well, which made for a comfortable sleeping situation after having spent the last week in an un-air conditioned space that at times felt too warm and humid to be comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but it was a nice space. Not sure about the pans/dishes but the sitting area was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice a clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did book this last minute, and so we felt that the rate was well worth the amenities and comfort.

There arent enough characters to say all of the wonderful things I want to about Lisa's Ohana! To start, Lisa is a fantastic host - so responsive and truly so kind! The Ohana is an absolute dream, definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs that Ive stayed in. It's spacious, beautiful and has numerous thoughtful touches to make your stay so convenient. In addition to the beach gear, Lisa even provides "red dirt" towels so you dont have to be anxious about getting the beach towels dirty after a muddy hike! The kitchen is stocked if you choose to cook at home, the GORGEOUS bathroom alone is enough to make me want to stay forever, and I slept amazingly in the super comfy bed. Everything is clean, modern, and well-stocked. Last, the location couldn't be better. I loved my morning walks around the neighborhood, and you're minutes away from great beaches, Old Town Koloa and other food/shopping. I'm so sad to leave, but when I return to Kauai, there is nowhere else that I want to stay! Mahalo Lisa!

Excellent location right on the oceanfront. Easy access to swimmable spot (walk several block down to public beach access or walk over some rocks/logs on the beach toward the more swimmable side). We also snorkeled right in front of the house but entry was a little tricker. House is older but clean. Tracey communicated well with any questions I had and to make sure all was well. Easily walkable to market, several good restaurants, etc. The house worked well for 4 adults and we would absolutely stay again if in the area! Thanks Tracey.

Absolutely loved our stay at Princeville. Amazing location, with a beautiful sunset view and the hideaway beach within walking distance. My fiancé and I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful apartment. The location also made it wonderful! Thank you for the fabulous stay!

My wife and I spent a week at Jasmines condo in Princeville, Kauai. The place was perfect for the two of us. The entire complex was quiet and well kept. The condo was very cozy and any issues we had were taken care of immediately. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

We had a fantastic time staying at Sharon’s place! It was the perfect location to have a base for exploring the surrounding area of the North Shore. Her place was spotless and hands down the softest sheets of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. We’ll be back!

We loved the location! We did rent a car for a few days to explore further but the area is very walkable and the beach within 5 minutes was one of our favorites on the island. Highly recommend the musubi truck and dukes for food! The condo was spacious and clean and had everything you could need in it! Larry was also super helpful and friendly! Would come back :)

Peters place was perfect for us as returning visitors to poipu close enough to every th inch that we could walk to most stores and restaurants in the immediate area and at a great price for the area.

This is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in Kauai; I wish my stay was longer. The proximity from the beach to the main road made getting around so easy, and while being near all the major resorts, I still felt I was in my own home. The inside is beautifully decorated, and I appreciate the reusable water bottles/beach bags available to reduce waste. I cannot recommend a better place to book for a trip in Kauai.
