Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Luxury at the Beach

A modern two story home only 200 meters walk to the beach. Two large living areas are on the entry level along with a generous kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare dinner including a well stocked pantry which you can use. There is a small bathroom on this level. All the bedrooms plus a large bathroom are downstairs - the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Just 15 minutes walk down the beach to the cafe's and bars plus a mini supermarket.

Within an easy 40 minutes from Wellington you will find Rosetta Escape, a sunny & light apartment style home with private beach access. Enjoy early morning swims and sunset walks on the beach, a wood burner and a large sunroom, perfect for both summer & winter breaks. An ideal spot to do all your water sports, tramp or hunt in the nearby hills & to visit the famous birth sanctuary that is Kapiti Island. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival.
