In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. There is a free shuttle bus from the train station, with an IC train every 2 hours, the perfect place for a "carefree car-free" vacation. Mallnitz is "the green choice" for you!

The Classic Double Room is located in Hotel Lindenhof, a charming villa built in 1928. The hotel is situated right across from the ski slope, with views of the Stubnerkogel cable car and the ski area from the balcony. The Felsentherme spa is just 300 m away, and the train station only 350 m. Please note: a tourist tax of €4.80 per adult, per day is mandatory and must be paid in cash upon arrival or departure.

The guesthouse is located in Salzburg Tennengau, in the Dachstein West ski region, a region appreciated by tourists both in winter and summer. 200m from the guesthouse we have the Neubachtalloipe cross-country skiing track in Lungötz, 10 km long and illuminated at night. 5 minutes by car is the Dachstein West ski lift, with 170 km of fantastically groomed slopes and 70 modern lifts

Alpen Haus Maria

Cozy vacation home in the middle of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Zell am See ski resort. The guest house sleeps 11 people in 2 apartments. Each apartment offers a kitchen, shower and toilet. A storage room in the basement offers space for skis or bicycles, and there is also sufficient parking space. The guest house was newly renovated in 2025 and comfortably furnished.
