Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kaprun

Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Great place with insanely good amenities

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

We had an extended stay with the family (4adults). The place which is the entire second floor of a very large chalet is furnished and tastefully equipped, nothing is missing, even the welcome bottle! We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. We recommend and will be happy to come back if we can. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Really wonderful location with magnificent views. Absolutely as described and we all felt instantly at home. Finally saw the roaming cows on our last night! Truly amazing. Friendly host and spacious appartment! Nice appartment equipped with everything needed for stay. Unbelievably big balcony with great view. The only thing to consider - proximity of highway, otherwise perfect place for two families or group of friends! Highly recommend this place for long stay! Thanks Florian for hospitality!

Michael's accommodation was ideal for us to start our tours. That we could park our bikes in one room was perfect.

We stayed with Maria and Hans for a week and had a wonderful time! The apartment was super nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. The old farmhouse is really beautiful and from Maria and Hans you can also learn about its history if you want. The two are totally hospitable and the high-quality food (fresh milk, eggs and yogurt) from their own, lovingly managed organic operation were very tasty. We arrived by train, you can easily explore the area on foot or by public transport. In addition, there is a nice swimming pool next door or a mini golf course, where you can pass the time in addition to hiking. We were super satisfied :) Thank you!!!

A really nice apartment in which we felt really felt right away. Renate and Roland are very friendly, accommodating and tend to stay in the background. Privacy was guaranteed at all times. The two were very flexible even when booking. So was the check-in. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful. Many beautiful hikes directly in the area, whether directly on foot or from a nearby parking lot. All in all, a perfect stay. ☺️☺️ We'd love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The place itself is very nice, clean, and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It's located in a convenient spot, close to all the attractions and places we had planned to visit, which made getting around really easy. The host was also excellent, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had.

The communication with Michaela was very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and cozy for a short stay. You have a great view of the landscape.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We stayed with the family (partner, child and parents) in Bad Hofgastein over the weekend and enjoyed our stay in Andrea's accommodation. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were completely straightforward, Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. A small downside was that it was quite cool in the house. Also the water in the shower took a long time to get warm and the switch from the rain shower to the handheld shower was hardly possible. Nevertheless, we liked the apartment very much overall and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation, especially because of the great location, cleanliness and the nice hostess. We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Karin is a really friendly host, she always responded quickly and helped us with all our requests and questions. Glad that the check-in and check-out are flexible, because the key can be picked up independently. The apartment is very complete, everything needed for a nice stay is present. The location is great, the AreitXpress and several supermarkets are within walking distance.

When we arrived at the place, we were impressed by the beautiful surrounding landscape. The check-in process is well described and was conquered on the first try. The apartment breathed a piece of home on us and was a great starting point for all-day hiking trips. The apartment has amazing views of the surrounding countryside and tops of the Alps, the sunrise here is captivating. We didn't want to leave. Thank you 😉👍
