The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

A cute and convenient place to stay, within walking distance to the art street and center. Since it’s a stone house, the unit stayed pleasantly cool despite the hot weather. The home was very clean and well-organized. Communication with the hosts, Eray and Selin, was very smooth and easy. Both check-in and check-out were very convenient. When we first entered, there was a slight damp smell as the AC wasn’t on yet, but it faded quickly once the air conditioning was running. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

The host is interested, the house is beautiful, there may be small bugs, but we considered it normal because it is on the beach. It has a pleasant terrace, we had a nice holiday

The house is very nice, the pool was very enjoyable. We had an incredible time in the barbecue garden. Also, Ms. Gözde is a very helpful host. We forgot the Sin-kov and yogurt, we asked for it, and he sent it right away. The house was very clean. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time with friends and family 🙏🏻

It was within walking distance to the bazaar, cafes and restaurants, entertainment venues, and the size of the house was ideal. There was no delay in communicating with the host. It was comfortable and enjoyable, a place you'd want to stay again

The villa is very spacious and offered enough space for our group of six couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was very clean. Very friendly reception. Yasemin responded very quickly to our questions. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There is plenty of crockery, pots, bowls and cutlery. Only the coffee cups and wine glasses were not enough for 12 people. Also at the dining table in the living room and at the garden table there are not enough chairs for 12 people, which is a shame. The villa is minutes from the Izmir-Cesme toll road, but is very quiet with a very large garden. We enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful pool. Thank you, Yasemin, for your hospitality!

Mr. Birol and Ms. Firdevs did their best to make our vacation go well before we even got home. Since we stayed more than 2 people, they provided us with an extra foldable bed, guided us in Dalyan the day we checked in and out, and even left us by car to our destination. At the same time, the house is also a good accommodation option around Dalyan with its pool, garden and cozy rooms. We thank the hosts again and would definitely recommend this house to those who want to vacation in the area.

First of all, I should say that I communicate very easily with Mr. Sercan, I found a quick and supportive attitude about everything, thank you. The house is like a corner of heaven, I think. If you want to be isolated from life with friends or family and rest your head for a while and return to your self this is the place to be. The house was very clean, the bedrooms, bathrooms, seating areas and the pool were really perfectly clean. I just need to mention that some of the kitchen utensils were dusty but I can't say dirty. It didn't bother us thinking that the kitchen was too big and there was a lot of stuff that some items hadn't been used in a while and could get dusty. In summary, we had a very nice weekend, we recommend it to everyone, thank you to the hosts.

We really enjoyed Basak's place. It was peaceful and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Although it's up hill there are supermarkets and shops at walking distance. The kite school is only 20 mts walk. URLA is a nice town and it's about 15' drive from the house.

We had a great experience with the beyond of our expectations in Elphida’s lovely house. It was easy to find any thing in the house what you will need during your journey in Chios. We felt ourselves like in our own home. Maybe, it will not be easy to reach Avgonyma, where is the village the house located, but when you went there and saw the sunset from the garden, you will understand that you had the best choice for accommodation in Chios. And also you will be able to reach to the “to Asteri”, which is the best restaurant in Chios, within a 30 steps by walk. In addition to all of these, as the best part of your journey, you will have chance to meet with Elphida, the greatest landlord in Chios :) Even you can not meet with her as a person, you will feel that, she will accompany to you during your visit.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

We had an amazing time in Alaçati. The town is dreamy and very lively. Zeynep's house is very nice and beautifully decorated. Too bad there weren't many of us and we couldn't take advantage of it that much.

It was a wonderful accommodation experience. The house had a unique, very warm and peaceful atmosphere. It was immaculate, every detail was carefully thought out. The garden was really beautiful, we had a pleasant time in the evenings. The fact that all rooms had air conditioning also increased our comfort. Mr. Cengiz was interested and helpful, and supported me in everything. I recommend it with peace of mind, I would love to come to this house again if I happen to be in Çeşme
