Bonjour, tout d’abord nous comptons remercier Burak et son papa Mustafa pour cet accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. La villa était très propre et comme sur les photos les propriétaires sont soucieux de notre bien-être. Ils nous ont même conseillé pour faire des activités et trouver des bons restaurants. Je conseille fortement. La villa est très bien située, nous avons tout à proximité, il y a même un Carrefour à 100 m. Merci encore. À très vite, je reviendrai.

Ara ara olan elektrik kesintisi dışında bir sorun yaşamadık. Son derece keyifli bir terası ve geniş salonu mevcut. 3 çift veya 6 kişi için ideal. Karaoke için mikrofon ve hoparlör olması konaklamamızı çok keyiflendirdi.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Familie sehr genossen. Insbesondere die Lage im Erdgeschoss mit Terasse und umgebender Wohnanlage war mit Kleinkind toll. Alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen, Strandpromenade, Supermarkt, Cafés, Halbinsel... Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

A cute and convenient place to stay, within walking distance to the art street and center. Since it’s a stone house, the unit stayed pleasantly cool despite the hot weather. The home was very clean and well-organized. Communication with the hosts, Eray and Selin, was very smooth and easy. Both check-in and check-out were very convenient. When we first entered, there was a slight damp smell as the AC wasn’t on yet, but it faded quickly once the air conditioning was running. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent séjour chez Stratos, nous avons passé une semaine idéal dans ce logement ! La plage presque privée à 5m de la terrasse est le gros plus ! On ne voulait plus partir !

Shops and restaurants were within walking distance, but a car is needed to explore the stunning beaches and nearby villages like Alaçatı. Mehmet, the host, was great—thanks to him, we had a wonderful stay and are already planning to come back!

Ev çok güzel, havuz çok keyifliydi. Barbekü bahçesinden inanılmaz keyif aldık. Ayrıca Gözde hanım çok yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Sin-kov ve yoğurt unutmuştuk rica ettik sağolsun hemen gönderdi. Ev çok temizdi. Arkadaşlarıyla, ailesiyle vakit geçirmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ediyorum 🙏🏻

Zeynep Hanım son derece kibar ve yardımseverdi. Konaklamamız boyunca tatilimizi daha konforlu hale getirebilecek tüm desteği sağladı. Ev, bahçe, havuz her şey harikaydı, hem çok temizdi hem de kendimizi evimizde hissedebileceğimiz kadar sıcak bir ortam sağlıyordu. Bir sonraki tatilimizde mutlaka tercihimiz olacak. Ev sahibi gerçekten ihtiyaçlarımız konusunda bizimle ilgiliydi ve talep ettiğimiz her şey gerçekleştirdi. Evin konumu gerçekten çok iyi İnönü Caddesi’nde bulunuyor ve çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde Ilıca plajına dolmuşla 20 dakikada gidebilirsiniz. evin durumu da gerçekten çok iyi giriş katında çok güzel bir oturma odası ve mutfak mevcut ve üst katta da odalar mevcut bahçesindeki havuz keyifli ve evin önündeki masada da kahvaltı yapmak çok keyifliydi bu fırsatı bize sunduğunuz için teşekkürler.

Birol Bey ve Firdevs Hanım daha eve gelmeden tatilimizin iyi geçmesi için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. 2 kişi fazla konakladığımız için bize ekstradan katlanabilir yatak sağladılar, giriş ve çıkış yaptığımız gün bizi Dalyan içerisinde yönlendirdiler ve hatta gideceğimiz yere kadar arabayla bile bıraktılar. Aynı zamanda ev de Dalyan civarında havuzu, bahçesi ve rahat odalarıyla iyi bir konaklama opsiyonu olarak kalıyor. Ev sahiplerine tekrardan teşekkür ediyor ve bölgede tatil yapmak isteyenlere kesinlikle bu evi öneriyoruz.

Başak’ın evinde iki kişi üç gün misafir olduk. Son dakika rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen bize yardımcı oldu. Bu kısa tatilimiz için gereken her şey ve daha fazlası evde vardı ve her şey temizdi. Surf spotuna çok yakın, malzemelerimizi bile yürüyerek taşıdık. Ev çok tatlı, yeşillikler içerisinde. Kendinizi lokal gibi hissediyorsunuz, beslemeniz gereken kedi köpek dostlarınız bile oluyor 🐶 tekrar gelince tekrar kalacağım, herkese de öneririm. Teşekkürler Başak 🙏🏻

We had a great experience with the beyond of our expectations in Elphida’s lovely house. It was easy to find any thing in the house what you will need during your journey in Chios. We felt ourselves like in our own home. Maybe, it will not be easy to reach Avgonyma, where is the village the house located, but when you went there and saw the sunset from the garden, you will understand that you had the best choice for accommodation in Chios. And also you will be able to reach to the “to Asteri”, which is the best restaurant in Chios, within a 30 steps by walk. In addition to all of these, as the best part of your journey, you will have chance to meet with Elphida, the greatest landlord in Chios :) Even you can not meet with her as a person, you will feel that, she will accompany to you during your visit.

Bulut Bey, rezervasyon aşamasından check-out anına kadar hep çok erişilebilir ve yardımcıydı. İhtiyacımız olacak tüm bilgileri zamanında iletmenin yanı sıra soru ve taleplerimize de çok hızlı ve tatminkar şekilde dönüş sağladı. Ev gayet güzel ve özenle dekore edilmişti, özellikle arka bahçede vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi. Yalnız, ev eski ve ahşap olduğundan ses yalıtımı çok iyi değildi. Bir de civardaki sokaklar hayli dar, araçlarımızdan biri daha büyük olduğundan evin önüne park edemedik ancak 5dk yürüme mesafesinde açık otopark olduğundan bu önemli bir sorun teşkil etmedi. Genel olarak hayli memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.

We were very happy with the location. The house was clean. It is very close to the beach! We walked there in 5 mins to swim every morning and afternoon. The grocery shops are very close so it was very easy to carry the groceries. Even the farmers market is very close. Erkan Grocery Store is right across it and it was still open around 2 AM. The pharmacy, the bus station, minibus route to go to Alacati and Cesme are very close. Last but not least, our host(Can’s mother) was a wonderful host.

Herşey çok güzeldi, ev sahiplerinin ilgisi yakınlığı sanki kendi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettirdi. ev olanakları da oldukça yeterli,özellikle 3 adet banyo olması ve bahçeçok konforluydu. sitenjn kendi plajı var ancak biz gittiğimizde duş ve tuvaletler açık değildi, o nedenle kullanamadık,ama eve yürüme mesafesinde,ve oldukça temiz ve keyifliydi. ailecek gidebileceğiniz keyifli bir lokasyon, alaçatıya da çeşmeye de çok yakın,biz çok memnun kaldık :)

Dear Gülay, Thank you for the wonderful arrangements that you made in your home to receive us and made sure that we weren't inconvinced in any manner.  Every corner of the house is so attractive and likeable expecially the coastal blue inspired colour palatte, which soothes your senses. These quaint and charming settings enchanted us the moment we entered the premises. And its vicinity from the main bazaar was most convenient.  Thank you again for having us share your accommodation.
