Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

A cute and convenient place to stay, within walking distance to the art street and center. Since it’s a stone house, the unit stayed pleasantly cool despite the hot weather. The home was very clean and well-organized. Communication with the hosts, Eray and Selin, was very smooth and easy. Both check-in and check-out were very convenient. When we first entered, there was a slight damp smell as the AC wasn’t on yet, but it faded quickly once the air conditioning was running. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

The host is interested, the house is beautiful, there may be small bugs, but we considered it normal because it is on the beach. It has a pleasant terrace, we had a nice holiday

The house is very nice, the pool was very enjoyable. We had an incredible time in the barbecue garden. Also, Ms. Gözde is a very helpful host. Amazing location! Felt like home!

The host was really concerned about our needs and did everything we asked for. The location of the house is really good, it is located on İnönü Street and you can go to Ilıca beach in 20 minutes by minibus, which is within walking distance to the bazaar. The condition of the house is really good, there is a very nice living room and kitchen on the ground floor and there are rooms upstairs, the pool in the garden is pleasant and it was very enjoyable to have breakfast at the table in front of the house, thank you for offering us this opportunity.

Mr. Birol and Ms. Firdevs did their best to make our vacation go well before we even got home. Since we stayed more than 2 people, they provided us with an extra foldable bed, guided us in Dalyan the day we checked in and out, and even left us by car to our destination. At the same time, the house is also a good accommodation option around Dalyan with its pool, garden and cozy rooms. We thank the hosts again and would definitely recommend this house to those who want to vacation in the area.

First of all, I should say that I communicate very easily with Mr. Sercan, I found a quick and supportive attitude about everything, thank you. The house is like a corner of heaven, I think. If you want to be isolated from life with friends or family and rest your head for a while and return to your self this is the place to be. The house was very clean, the bedrooms, bathrooms, seating areas and the pool were really perfectly clean. I just need to mention that some of the kitchen utensils were dusty but I can't say dirty. It didn't bother us thinking that the kitchen was too big and there was a lot of stuff that some items hadn't been used in a while and could get dusty. In summary, we had a very nice weekend, we recommend it to everyone, thank you to the hosts.

We really enjoyed Basak's place. It was peaceful and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Although it's up hill there are supermarkets and shops at walking distance. The kite school is only 20 mts walk. URLA is a nice town and it's about 15' drive from the house.

We had a great experience with the beyond of our expectations in Elphida’s lovely house. It was easy to find any thing in the house what you will need during your journey in Chios. We felt ourselves like in our own home. Maybe, it will not be easy to reach Avgonyma, where is the village the house located, but when you went there and saw the sunset from the garden, you will understand that you had the best choice for accommodation in Chios. And also you will be able to reach to the “to Asteri”, which is the best restaurant in Chios, within a 30 steps by walk. In addition to all of these, as the best part of your journey, you will have chance to meet with Elphida, the greatest landlord in Chios :) Even you can not meet with her as a person, you will feel that, she will accompany to you during your visit.

Mr. Bulut was always very accessible and helpful from the reservation stage to the check-out moment. In addition to providing all the information we needed in a timely manner, he responded to our questions and requests very quickly and satisfactorily. The house was very nice and carefully decorated, it was very enjoyable to spend time especially in the backyard. However, since the house was old and wooden, the sound insulation was not very good. Also, the streets around are quite narrow, and since one of our vehicles is larger, we could not park in front of the house, but since there is an open parking lot within a 5-minute walking distance, this was not a major problem. In general, we are very satisfied, we recommend it.

We were very happy with the location. The house was clean. It is very close to the beach! We walked there in 5 mins to swim every morning and afternoon. The grocery shops are very close so it was very easy to carry the groceries. Even the farmers market is very close. Erkan Grocery Store is right across it and it was still open around 2 AM. The pharmacy, the bus station, minibus route to go to Alacati and Cesme are very close. Last but not least, our host(Can’s mother) was a wonderful host.

Dear Gülay, Thank you for the wonderful arrangements that you made in your home to receive us and made sure that we weren't inconvinced in any manner.  Every corner of the house is so attractive and likeable expecially the coastal blue inspired colour palatte, which soothes your senses.
