Home with two bedrooms, bath, kitchen full equiped and a living room. It provides a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. It can accommodate sufficienlty two couples or a whole family of two children and in extra ocassions a children more on the sofa bed in the living room. The home has simple decoration but its big advantage is the great view to the endless blue of Aegean Sea with background the island of Nisiros and the coasts of Turkey.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing. Giorgos is an incredibly kind person—his kindness is truly surprising. He was also extremely helpful throughout our stay: he picked us up at the airport and took us back when we left. He’s always available for anything you might need. If we ever return to Kos, we will definitely stay with him again.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

We loved our week at euphoria, Nikolaos went above and beyond in making our stay an unforgettable experience. The private section of the beach was perfect and the area was private and safe but also a 2 minute walk to restaurants and the town! An amazing week all round, thank you!

Kalliopi and Nikos are so lovely, openhearted and funny people!👍 Helpful, attentive and doing a very good job. Aspro spiti is really such a nice place to be! Very easy going, relaxed, with a huge pool and nice area, delicious breakfast and dinner in the evening. Useful furnished apartment, quite big. A little sofa for relaxing a bit would be perfect. Bathroom is okay. Cute little veranda in front of the door. I àm very much sure that I will come back.

We had a great stay in Kos and the quiet, spacious & cozy apartment significantly contributed to it! The host Yannis was super friendly and the communication went smoothly – he always responded within a few minutes. Check-in was very straightforward thanks to the key box. The location of the apartment is perfect – only 3 minutes walk from the beach and many nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Especially nice: We were allowed to check out later because our flight didn't leave until the evening. Thank you Yannis! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Kos. 🙂

we had a lovely stay, well located near kardamina just a few minutes walk from the best part of the beach and not far from the town either. If you have car you are also well located on the island to get anywhere within about 30 minutes so great for exploring.
