Apartment holiday rentals in Kardamaina

Dimitris and Stella were incredibly nice, they picked us up from the ferry, baked a cake for us and said goodbye again at the ferry and even gave us a little gift. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, everything was very clean, from the terrace you have a nice view, there was always a wind, so you could sleep without air conditioning in the summer at night, it had everything you need and even work on the laptop you could do well in the apartment thanks to the desk. Only the mattress could be replaced, you can feel a few feathers. Otherwise everything is fine and recommended!

We arrived very late at night and were very warmly welcomed by Aris Papa. We were able to try fresh olive oil, pickled olives and Greek pastries - very tasty and of course from our own production! The accommodation was very cozy. The bathroom and shower are very clean. Our highlight was the small terrace with a flower roof. It invites you to start the day slowly and enjoy your morning coffee. It was always nice to come "home" after a long day. Next door is the village school, which made it a little louder from time to time. But it doesn't bother me. A supermarket is a five-minute walk away. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need and the room is cleaned every two days. Everything is very easy to reach from the apartment. The WiFi worked well, which also makes remote work possible. For a wonderful and relaxing stay, I can definitely recommend Aris Apartments and Panormos!!!

We had an amazing time in Kos. The place is very good located and near to everything. The host is very helpful and friendly warm did gave to us many recommendations. Highly recommended 🙌🏾

The hosts in this Airbnb were very nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The place is nice and looks like in the photos and it’s very well located if you want to stay in Kalimnos town. We enjoyed that we could walk right out of the Airbnb and have a nice meal. It is also very close to the ferry port.

The accommodation is quiet and central, 1 minute from the beach, with a shady terrace surrounded by a lovingly maintained flower garden. Maria, the landlady's mother, welcomed us very warmly and cared for us throughout the stay with nice touches, such as fresh figs or homemade baked goods. The apartment is spread over 3 floors and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Kefalos: taverns, supermarkets, beaches, everything is easy and within walking distance. The apartment was impeccably clean and communication was prompt and hassle-free. We really took Maria to heart and would definitely rent her accommodation again. Highly recommended!!!

Can’t fault a thing!! Ilias was a the most wonderful host - I can’t fault our time at the apartment. Superb location, friendly and communicative host and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you for making our stay 10/10! We will recommend to our friends and family!

This was a great place to stay! I was here for 4 days and its close enough to town that you can easily walk everywhere if you want food, the beach, or beer. Plus if youre a climber, the Grand Grotta is literally right above you! And the trail up to the crags is less than a minute walk away. Plus Saksia is a very helpful host, and had very good recommendations on where to go to find climbing partners and get food.

The apartment was exactly as described, located in a quiet village, the in-house tavern offers authentic Greek cuisine, highly recommended. Ideal for travellers who want to be accommodated off the tourist mile. Very happy to come back, thank you so much for the wonderful time in Kos :)

We stayed for a few days only. The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean and cozy. At night it can be a bit noisy as it is directly at the bar street for the tourists but that was no problem for us. All in all perfect stay with a super friendly & helpful host. Recommended!

What a fantastic place this is and couldn't fault anything about it. 5 mins walk to the beach/bars/shops/restaurants and has a great swimming pool with enough sunbeds for everyone and the sun shines on the balcony most of the day until it goes down in the evening. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay and I'd say you'd struggle to find anything better in Kardamena.

We had an absolute dream stay at the Lavender and Rosemary Penthouse in Kos! The check-in process was smooth, and the host's hospitality was top-notch. The penthouse itself was calm, serene, and perfectly decorated with a lovely traditional touches. The location was fantastic, and we loved exploring the surrounding area. The penthouse was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were exactly as described. We would highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Kos. Maria and Katerina were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt right at home. Both of them were so lovely! Maria was so kind and extra friendly with our 6 month old baby. If you're looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Kos, look no further than the Lavender and Rosemary Penthouse. We can't wait to come back! Our stay at the Beach Apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and the terrace with the view was a real highlight. I’d love to come back!

Perfect location near marina and over road from beach. Away from the hordes but close enough to walk to harbour and Kos centre. Lovely - well equipped apartment. Restaurant underneath is superb run by a lovely young couple.

We really enjoyed our stay. Maria is a great host, friendly and helpful :) Also, the location of the house is very central and we were able to walk everywhere. We’ll definitely choose this place again for our next trip

An extremely nice room with very good views and free pool bar at a very reasonable price in the next season. clean was also everything ! And the staff were very accommodating - everything was great !

Maria's place was clean and well situated for crags (i.e afternoon wall, spartan wall, grande gotta etc. Close enough to walk to Stala's and water. Kitchen was well equipped given that it was only a studio. Great spot for a couple. Balcony would be fun in the summer.

Very friendly hosts! Everything went smooth evnthough we thought we booked an apartment on Kos which wasn‘t the case the island is Kalymnos not Kos (our mistake), Maria always replies very fast and is such a nice person and always helps out. The apartment was like in the pictures, clean and you even have ocean view whilest showering. The rooftop terrace with the whirlpools and sunbeds is great and very cozy to hang out in the sun. We only missed an umbrella for some shade and a cool down option as it was very warm during the day in the sun and the whirlpools are not refreshing for a cool down as the temperature is around 37 degrees. In the later afternoon/evening the hot whirlpools are very nice to have. We enjoyed our stay and in the end we were happy to have stayed in Kalymnos and not Kos. Would love to come back again.

This Airbnb is a 10/10 and arguably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. First of all would like to thank Aggeliki for being the best host we could ever ask for. She waited until 3am in the morning due to a flight delay for us and bought us milk, bread and cheese for the morning. She went above and beyond our expectations including sourcing a baby cot! She really made us feel at home. She included beach towels, blankets and even toothbrushes as part of her many amenities at the place. The pool area and the view is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. The price to stay here is worth it just for this view and pool. We never wanted to leave and often would spend the whole day here with hours just passing by. The room itself is wonderful - nice kitchen to make meals, big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. I’m usually quite critical but I couldn’t fault this place one bit. The other reviews are 100% accurate. We will be back!

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

Everything was impeccable!the house was just like the photos with a lovely terrace!!! Comfortable beds! all spotlessly clean! also had in the kitchen cabinets and in the fridge everything one needs for breakfast and not only....every kind of coffee and electrical appliances, washing machine, cleaners, shampoo, shower gel and many more! we had the communication we wanted and the service from the owners!!!! thank you!!!!

We had a very nice stay in Stavros' home. Full of greek character and charm and plenty of useful kitchen items and toiletries included. Lovely 360 views across the city of Kos and beyond. Stavros was always on hand if needed and even kindly drove us to the bus stop to get our airport bus. Flat was located within short walking distance to harbour and bars and restaurants. A nice stay for two people - we enjoyed our time in Kos.
