Tlen DOM 1 base - deep breath in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer

High Grass of Gruszków

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Guests can also enjoy a private hot tub and sauna corner at a fair and worthwhile price.

We do not live here by accident or as a punishment, we live here out of love for nature and the beauty of the Giant Mountains landscape. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
