Holiday rentals with beach access in Karlovac

The views from the deck of this apartment were amazing! The apartment is very clean and well decorated and easy to get to from town. Senia met us and helped us park the car which was much appreciated! Her local restaurant recommendation was a hit, make sure you check the place out. The food was amazing! Sad we only got to spend one night at this place, I would go back in a heart beat!

Marija is a very nice host. She gave us good instruction to find her apartment & she was very flexible when we arrived earlier. She is very nice & friendly. The apartment is situated very near the sea. There is a beautiful view from the living room & the bedroom. Our favourite place was the big terrace where we spent most of our time if we were not wandering around the beautiful area.

We highly recommend this place. Value for money is great and Damir & Igor are super nice hosts and were very accessible or have prepared everything great! You are just a few steps away from the beach and also have a super nice sea view from the balcony. The apartment offers enough space and there is everything you could need. We had a pleasant stay. Everything was as described. We didn't miss anything. Quiet environment, right on the water. Very quiet in the preseason.

What an amazing place. The apartment is located at the end of a beautiful harbor where all bars and restaurants can be found. We sat on the balcony in the morning for breakfast and in the evening after dinner. The apartment was spotless, small but comfortable. Everything was present. Our host was friendly, helpful and always available for tips and advice.

The place was nicely prepared and you had all the necessary things provided, such as coffee or towels. The balcony offers a beautiful view over Senj and you can also walk there in 15 minutes. Andreja is a very friendly hostess who also gives some recommendations for the area on request!

We loved our stay here (family with two young 20-something kids). The house is spotless. We really enjoyed the garden area on the river. So peaceful in the rowboat. We grilled and ate riverside. A pleasure.

Great location, walking distance to the port and beach. Very attentive towards us and responded immediately. Beautiful view from the patio and watched the sunset every night. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic clean attractive place. Great location. We were very comfortable there. Ambar restaurant 10 mins walk away very tasty. Nearby Rastoke amazing to walk around. Not as spectacular as Plitvice but really worth spending a couple of hours there. Quite a history geologically and politically. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and communication was perfect.

We had a nice vacation, the room and kitchen are bright and spacious for three guests. Every room in the apartment is well equipped and super clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The room and the balcony have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands, we spent the mornings and evenings on the balcony - it was magical. The apartment is located in a quiet area, the beach can be accessed by stairs about 10 minutes walk. Parking on site. Great place to stay.

Spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean apartment with a breathtaking view. The peaceful atmosphere and cozy furnishings made us feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was convenient yet quiet—perfect for unwinding. Andrea was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Her attention to detail was evident, from clear check-in instructions to thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. For light sleepers: On mornings, we could hear people talking below as they prepared to leave for work? Additionally, a faint humming sound—likely from the hot water pump—was also noticeable throughout day and night. It didn’t bother my partner, but as a sensitive sleeper, I used earplugs. Further isolating any appliances causing this would be a nice improvement. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended. Thank you, Andrea!

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

The place is fantastic, the apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is large, very well-stocked, even a dishwasher ! Two bathrooms are a big plus, plus a washer. Marija is a great host, we were greeted by a mountain of pancakes in the morning ❤️ Highly recommend !

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. We were very warmly welcomed upon our arrival and immediately received all the important information as well as clear and helpful instructions. The apartment is excellently equipped – it really has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Particularly noteworthy is the magnificent view, which inspires anew every day. The location of the holiday home is also ideal: the beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as are various restaurants and shops. The large parking lot directly at the house is another plus, especially when arriving by car. Communication with the landlords was always very friendly, uncomplicated and reliable – they were always available and attentively took care of all concerns. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend this vacation home without reservation. Thank you for the wonderful time - we will be happy to come back!
