The communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

Nice space for larger groups. The contact with Petra was great. We had smaller children with us and had to be very careful because of the road, as it runs close to the house. For older children, however, this should not be a problem

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished with many more things than you would expect from a vacation home. There was a lot to discover. Nothing was missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cozy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecues. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and ideal for hiking. There is a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and on site for arrival and departure. Thank you very much! Clear recommendation!

It's been a good choice! The apartment is beautifully bright, was super clean and the kitchen equipment was sufficient. The city center is easily reached on foot and the free parking makes everything even more convenient. We come to Karlovy Vary every year and I can imagine that we will book again. Thank you!

Mariia's apartment is perfect for a weekend trip to Karlovy Vary. Idyllically located between mountains and old villas and hotels, the apartment is very quiet and there is also little street noise, so you can sleep comfortably at night. You can walk to the city center within 15 minutes. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Each of the two bedrooms has its own large bathroom, so you don't get in the way in the morning either. The beautiful white kitchen is also very large and has everything you need from plates, cutlery, cookware etc. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the huge terrace, where you can end the balmy summer evening comfortably. Overall, the apartment is very equipped: there were towels, bathrobes for all guests, a hairdryer, iron, washing machine, etc. If you have any questions, Mariia was always available by phone or the Airbnb app. Would recommend at any time!

Very comfortable and clean apartment, ideal for large groups, families with children… Very close to the center, only 15 minutes on foot. Mr. Nicole was always available and responded quickly to what we needed. Highly recommend ☺️

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very nice and the location is excellent. The house is at almost 900 meters altitude and offers a fantastic, unobstructed view down to the valley of Karlovy Vary. Great hiking trails start directly from the house – we were on beautiful tours and hardly met other people, although there were just Easter holidays. The tranquility here is truly unique and there is plenty of space. There's probably a little more going on in the summer and winter. You can take great excursions into nature or explore the small places and old mining mines in the area. Karlovy Vary is also not far away and definitely worth a visit. There is generally a lot to discover in the area. The communication with Barbora was friendly, quick and helpful at all times. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is cozy, well equipped and perfect for anyone looking for nature and tranquility.

An elegant apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful forests and nature adventure trails. All tourist points or cities are easily and quickly accessible by car. Lots of bike paths. Thank you to Alfred for the great care! We felt very welcome.

If you want to feel like the queen of Karlovy Vary, able to stand on a balcony overlooking the entire stunning old town, Zarina's place is just the ticket. Wonderful .

We recently spent our vacation in Berg Invest's apartment. This is really very nice, perfect for two persons. A nice, modern and cozy furnishing style, everything was very clean and there were enough towels ready. We really enjoyed the time there also the communication with Berg Invest was always very straightforward and friendly. The apartment has a great location, close to many delicious restaurants and great hiking trails and more. We would definitely come back.

The building looks a little bit old, but the apartment is completely renovated, quite big and well equipped, so we had everything we need for a short stay. The host is very kind and helpful with all questions and requests we had :)

A great place at a great location near the ski area. The apartment is comfortably furnished and was properly equipped for 4 adults and a child. The host is very nice, always ready to help and if possible will meet you in person. We once had a problem with a fuse late in the evening, but he reacted immediately and could fix it within half an hour. Thank you very much for the nice stay.

We decided to rent this apartment on a very short notice as we were already driving to Karlovy Vary. The host was very responsive and confirmed our booking within minutes. The apartment itself is very lovely with an amazing view. It also has parking space for a large vehicle, which was a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommended this location for families with kids. Also, super close to one of the best Georgian restaurants and a small grocery store. Would definitely stay at this apartment again.
