This newly renovated family house is located near Karlovy Vary in the picturesque village of Dalovice. There is public transport to the city center, where connections run every hour. Walking distance to the center of Karlovy Vary is about 4 kilometers. In addition, 50 meters from the house there is a pleasant bistro with refreshments and a quiet sitting area. Parking is available directly on the property and a fireplace is also part of the garden. The land is fenced and creates the atmosphere of a quiet Czech village.

The cottage is located in Kovářská, 7 km from Klínovec. It provides accommodation in three bedrooms for 12 people. On the ground floor there is a common room with a TV. Furthermore, a kitchen (with a kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and kettle) and 1 room with four beds and a toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. No smoking. The cottage includes a fenced garden with a pergola and a fireplace for barbecue.
