In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. A well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal.

It is a residential unit with a private entrance, which was newly built during the modernization of the roof in 2019. During your booking, only you have access to the apartment.

The very bright apartment with stone flooring is on the second story and reachable with an outside staircase - first you have to cross our chaos garage. Supermarkets in 10 -15 min, S-Bahn 6 min & 16 minutes to main station. From airport, go with S-Bahn to Laim then with S2 Dachau/Altomünster/Petershausen to Karlsfeld! FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

Peace and quiet at Lake Waldschwaig

Ruhiger Rückzugsort zwischen Dachau und München mit Gartenblick. Eine schmale Spindeltreppe führt zu einem kleinen Appartement für max. 2 Personen. Doppelbett, Bad mit Dusche, kleine Küche sind vorhanden. Grill und Terrasse dürfen benutzt werden. Mein Hund läuft frei auf dem Grundstück herum. Dachau ist 2 km entfernt, nach München sind es ca 15 km. Ich lebe selbst auf dem Grundstück und halte es bewusst klar und ruhig. Gelegentlich finden hier Retreats statt.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.
