Holiday rentals with a patio in Karterádos

As a world traveler who’s stayed in countless Airbnbs, this lovely apartment is truly exceptional! The space was charming, spotless, and cozy, offering the perfect retreat. The bus stop right in front of the apartment made getting around incredibly convenient, especially with taxi and Uber fares being so expensive. The host was exceptionally responsive and kind, ensuring a seamless stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. I would recommend her place if you want to be away from the crowd. Lots of restaurants and Fira town 10mins down the road. Place was clean and perfect for the two of us. Katerina was so helpful and allowed us to drop bags off as we got in super early! Thank you again’

We had the best stay! The location was perfect - walking distance to everything in Oia, but not in a super loud area so we could still get some sleep. The host was so helpful and met us as soon as we arrived and even carried our large suitcases to our room for us. The continental breakfast was delicious and always a peaceful start to our morning. Bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was just beautiful. Thank you so much!

Eirini’s place is situated at nearly the peak of the town. It has one of the most stunning views on earth. Just sit on the little balcony and enjoy! You look out over the entire inner side of Fira and most of the caldera itself. Her restaurant below has the same view, an expansive patio, and also has great food. You develop relationships with her family and the few other workers. She was very kind to us with morning coffees. It is a short, gorgeous walk to first of dozens of great restaurants and hundreds of shops, the cable cars that go down to the sea etc. As in all of caldera-side (beautiful) Fira, be prepared to bring your luggage up and downhill on cobblestone streets on arrival and departure. We wished throughout our 3-week Greek adventure that we had packed more lightly!

Experience au top ! Saliveroos et Mary ont été très réactifs et de super conseils! Le logement et sa localisation sont parfaits, proche d’Oia et de Fira. A 7min de l’aéroport. De nombreux restaurants a proximité. L’appartement est un véritable havre de paix ! Le rooftop, le jaccuzzi veritable plus ! Un grand merci à Mary qui a été tout au long du séjour bienveillante, et de supers conseils. Saliveroos nous a aidé à preparer notre voyage en amont. Nous avons passé un super moment ! Nous recommandons absolument 🇬🇷

This may well be the best AirBnB we have ever rented. It is a wonderful apartment, with a wonderful super-host. The space is clean, modern, and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the dual A/C units cool the rooms well. The location, on the caldera, just south of Fira is very accessible and easy to get to. The star feature is THE VIEW! The view of the caldera is unbelievable. As we stood on our balcony to toast the sunset, dozens of people would stop on the road to watch the view. Antonis is an excellent communicator and he is very helpful and cares about his guests.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is perfectly designed for a relaxing, carefree vacation. While it is not on the caldera side, the location gives you privacy, quiet, and an unforgettable vista of the ocean and sunsets. We enjoyed cocktails from the balcony and soaking tub nightly. Andreas and Nellie responded immediately to every request. We enjoyed Santos Souvlaki for lunches on the corner and a grocery store 100 feet away. It is a one minute walk to the main esplanade but tucked behind the street so no crowds walking by. It was everything we wanted to enjoy Oia.

What a find - the property was lovely, from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. The view of the ocean was fabulous, the villa was spotless and perfect for our needs. The pool is perfect to dip into to cool down on sunny days and the patio just serene to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beatrice gave us great recommendations - and everywhere we went everyone was friendly and the welcome was warm. Beatrice herself was the perfect host - she was communicative and very helpful, throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - we had a fantastic time here 😊

TL;DR Stunning air bnb. Very worth it for a first visit to Santorini. Booked Catherine’s room for our first visit to Santorini and it was fantastic. The views from the air BnB are even more beautiful than the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. It also came with an actual duvet which isn’t very typical from what we’ve experienced on other islands. She also provided a lot of services and assistance during the trip such as restaurant reservations, taxis, porters to move our suitcases to/from the post office and daily cleaning of the room. Note: the route to the air BnB is a bit precarious so it might not be suitable for people who are less active. The jacuzzi also isn’t as hot as jacuzzis in the states but was still very enjoyable. Also Santorini is experiencing a water shortage so there might be bouts where the shower/tap won’t be working but it doesn’t last very long.

This is a great place to stay in Santorini! Prime location and very walkable to many restaurants and stores! There is a restaurant called Kokkalo that is right next to the Airbnb, highly recommend. Hot tub, outdoor area, and views were perfect. Our host was also very helpful with setting up any transfers or activities. 11/10 would recommend.

La location est très bien située , très centrale et qui permet de se déplacer dans toute l’île sans trop faire de km. Elle est à l’écart des endroits touristiques et au calme . Mais la ville fira est à 5 minutes en voiture. La mer est à 10 minutes à pied . l’intérieur est moderne et propre composé d’une grande salle de vie et d’une chambre où la literie est très confortable. La salle de bain est pratique avec sa grande douche . La cuisine est spacieuse par contre il n’y a pas bcp de vaisselle pour faire à manger ( juste une petite poêle et une grande casserole ) ça mériterait un peu plus pour faire la cuisine . L’extérieur est très agréable avec la vue sur la mer , c’est vraiment top au réveil et le soir . Il y a de la place pour se garer . Et l’arrivée est autonome donc très pratique. Je recommande cette location au vue de son prix attractif.

Irene is a perfect host. The whole stay, from communication, to check in, to facilities and to helpfulness was just perfect. It is like a five star hotel inside the property, with so much thought put into everything. The bathroom is fabulous and so clean with everything you need. We loved the mosquito nets on all of the windows especially. The bed was very big and comfortable, and the aircon was very good. The property is so quiet and peaceful inside. We were allowed to get an early check in on the day at a moment’s notice which was lovely. Irene’s bakery across the way sells everything including hot food and is open 24/7. The bus stop to Fira, Akrotiri and Perissa is right outside the bakery and is just 2 euros and was very frequent with air con on all the buses. Irene arranged our taxi transfer back to the airport which was very punctual and a lot cheaper than other firms. Overall we loved this place and only wished we could have stayed here longer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Santorin grâce aux nombreuses qualités de notre logement. Notre hôte a toujours répondu à nos attentes et nous avons été totalement satisfait de notre séjour. Nous n’hésiterons pas revenir chez Odysseas à l’occasion d’un nouveau voyage à Santorin et le recommanderons sans hésiter à nos amis.

Highly recommend! Before we even arrived our host arranged for a taxi from the port. Her father checked us in a showed us around the home. To our surprise there was cold water, bread, lunch meat, cheese, fruit, wine, milk & juice for us! The home is around some construction of homes so at first we were a little surprised, but after exploring the town it is cute, safe, walkable. We preferred this town to Oia. Home is very clean, comfy, nice design. Careful of stairs if any issues or young children. Pool/patio is one of best views of the island. Beautiful sunset!

Si nous avons une adresse à recommander aux abords du port de Katapola, c'est bien chez Dimitra ! Accueillante, souriante, toujours une petite attention pour ses voyageurs, c'est un vrai plaisir d'avoir séjourné chez elle ! Le studio est propre et bien équipé, la literie confortable. Notre super hôte n'a pas hésité à nous donner des draps propres suite à un souci technique de filles... alors que nous les avions lavés... Hôte vraiment aux petits soins ! Nous recommandons vivement ! De plus, son fils nous a donné plusieurs tips pour découvrir l'île et ils sont venus nous chercher au port et nous ont redéposé ! Une famille qui sait recevoir ! Mille mercis !

Nick and Nancy were an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided a fantastic stay which all started with the pick up from the port. They were super helpful with all aspects of the stay but also went above and beyond when we had a sick child and arranged a Drs visit and an added nights accommodation. Location was fantastic even with 2 young kids (3 and 1). Would absolutely stay in there property again.

Geweldige week gehad in dit appartement. Midden op het eiland, met de auto is alles max 20/25 min afstand. Eigen parkeerplaats! Op loopafstand ook gewoon supermarkten en winkels/eettentjes. Comfortabele bedden , lichte /open inrichting precies zoals de foto's. Fijne jacuzzi. 3 buitenruimtes. Dimitris op 20 meter afstand om alles aan te vragen.

We stayed here for 5 days and we had an amazing time. The airbnb is at a perfect location (2 minutes away from the beach) and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! I would definitely come again!

Regardez bien les photos, la maison est exactement comme ça ! Une maison très agréable pour notre séjour. Elle est très propre et bien agencée, meublée afin d'offrir un séjour confortable. La terrasse est très chouette du matin au soir. Et surtout, nous avons grandement apprécié le calme du village. Les échanges avec Alexandra furent instantanés, nombreux et toujours précis pour une arrivée facile même de nuit, ce qui fut notre cas. Ses nombreuses recommandations nous ont aidé pour nos activités. Kamari à 2 kms fut un gros coup de cœur tout proche. Je recommande ce logement +++ Merci encore Alexandra pour votre accueil.
