In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while watching the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful 55m² cottage and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace are in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Here you can effortlessly stay along your trip or take a vacation. 17km to the center of Heinävesi, where you can find shops and other necessary services. Bed linens and towels are included. In the winter, the possibility of sledding from the yard directly to the Heinävesi sled trails. Great opportunities for outdoor activities along side roads or nearby forests. The yard can accommodate a truck. It's possible to rent for stays longer than 2 nights.

Beatiful loghouse by the lake ”Juojärvi”. The lake is one of the purest in Finland. Crystal clear water and wild nature around the Villa makes it perfect for relaxation and rest. Running water and all modern household devices are availble for you to save time for yourself. The nearest town (Outokumpu) is about 25 km away. Perfect for people who like to enjoy both easy relaxation, sauna and swimming in clear water as well as canoing, hiking and solitude. The Valamo monastery is at the same lake.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Relaxation oasis at the tip of the cape

This oasis of relaxation is a stunning, unique architectural ensemble on the tip of the peninsula, with space to breathe and calm down. The cottage is located by a clean Suvasvesi. Next to the main cottage, there is a summertime sleeping fence with a stunning panorama of lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere! A huge deck area connects the main cottage, sleeping fence, and dock complex with lots on the beach, and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here:).

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Tarvittaessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.
