Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Detached house in the countryside

A detached house in the countryside. Quiet location. Here you can easily stay overnight along the way or spend a vacation. 17 km to the center of Heinävesi, where you will find shops and other necessary services. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In winter, you can sled from the yard directly to Heinävesi's sledding trails. Good opportunities for outdoor activities along side roads or in nearby forests. The yard can even accommodate a truck. Rental of the sauna is possible for stays of more than 2 nights.

Relaxation oasis at the tip of the peninsula

This oasis of relaxation is a magnificent, unique architectural ensemble at the tip of the peninsula, with room to breathe and relax. The cottage is located by the clean Suvasvesi. Next to the main cottage, there is a summer sleeping cabin with stunning panoramic lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere! A huge terrace area connects the main cottage, the sleeping quarters and the pier complex with the jacuzzis on the beach and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here :).

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Kaipaatko pysähtymistä luonnon keskellä? Savukallio on Lappi-henkinen eräpirtti, joka kutsuu hengittämään syvään ja irtautumaan arjen kiireestä. Kohteen ydinajatus on: “Jokainen on sisimmältään erakko” – paikka mielen nollaamiselle ja omien ajatusten kirkastumiselle. Vanhoista savusaunan hirsistä rakennettu pirtti sijaitsee Savon järvimaisemassa noin 70 km Kuopiosta. Kohde tarjoaa yksinkertaisen, autenttisen ja luonnonläheisen eräkokemuksen pariskunnille ja rauhaa etsiville matkailijoille.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

Täällä nukut hyvin, vaikka rautatie- ja linja-autoasema sijaitsevat pihapiirissä. Samassa yhteydessä parkkihalli, jossa maksuton pysäköinti 1:lle autolle ja sähköautojen latausmahdollisuus. Pihapiirissä K-Supermarket, lounasravintola, Barots pikaravintola + muita palveluja. Satama ja torialue ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Liinavaatteet sisältyvät hintaan.

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Tarvittaessa liinavaatteet järjestyy majapaikasta.

Villa Juurus hirsimökki porealtaalla

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa mökissä on helppo rentoutua katsellen kaunista järvimaisemaa. Mökki 55m² ja uusi 30m² piharakennus sekä iso terassi ja grillipaikka rannalla. Käytössä ilmalämpöpumppu ja takka. Lähellä hyvät kalastus-, marjastus- ja ulkoilumaastot. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. Vuokraajan käytössä sup-lauta ja soutuvene sekä wifi-yhteys. Tarvittaessa liinavaate/pyyhe vuokraus 10e/hlö, loppusiivous 80e lisähintaan. Hintaan sisältyy porealtaan käyttö.

Tämä hieno kohde on lähellä kaikkea. Asunto on vastapäätä Kaupungin teatteria. Parvekkeelta näkyy myös Valkeisen lampi ja kesällä suihkulähde. Keskustaan on n. 10min kävelymatka. Samoin Kuntolaakson uimahalli, Olvi-areena ja Kuopiohalli ovat kävelymatkan päässä. KYS:lle kävelee reilussa vartissa. Bussipysäkki ihan vieressä. Auton voi jättää viereisen kadun varrelle tai Kuntolaakson maksulliseen parkkihalliin. Asunnon kaikki tekstiilit pestään hajusteettomilla pesuaineilla.

Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.
