The facility we invite you to is a newly-commissioned, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly to the forest.

We offer a bathroom in a classic style, with an old brick floor and a cast iron bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room and bedroom. It's the perfect getaway for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finally hear their thoughts. The lack of internet and very poor gsm coverage will help.

It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

You will stay in a detached wooden house separated from the rest of the yard. Pure nature. From the terrace, you have a great distant view of the hilly meadow landscape. There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.
