Beachfront holiday rentals in Kaş

We stayed at Huma’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for our annual family get together, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms or other moldy villas in the area. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel and some other villa’s in Kalkan that we had stayed in previous years. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with everyone on the rooftop deck, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and spectacular 360 degree views.. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. Yet easily walkable to the many beach clubs, markets and waterfront restaurants nearby. Huma communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A five star experience all the way.

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

It was a very pleasant stay. We had the opportunity to have a holiday in the most beautiful part of Kalkan. Mr. Özer helped in every matter. All kinds of equipment that may be needed in the residence are available. There is a market near the site. At Patara Resort, a minibus departs every 15 minutes from the site stop at the entrance to the pool and beach. The pool and its own beach are clean and beautiful. We dived with snorkel from time to time and enjoyed it very much. There is sea water in the pool. We also had a good time in the pool. If possible, we will prefer to stay here again in the future.

The apartment is conveniently located: a 25-minute walk to the center or 5 minutes by motorbike, a beautiful road. 10 minutes to a cozy beautiful beach. It's clean inside, there are necessary bed linen, towels, you can ask to change them. The host is very responsive, helps with all questions. Wifi works well, enough for watching videos and zoom calls. The price-quality ratio is excellent! I'd love to stay here again!

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Mr. Mustafa is a wonderful host, thank you for everything. If you happen to be in Kalkan, I would definitely recommend staying at Mustafa's house.

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.

Villa was great and well kitted out. Modern, clean and really comfortable. The views across the bay are what makes it throughout the day. Easy location from Kalkan centre - 10 min walk. It’s quite hard to find but Samet was on hand to direct our taxi driver and sent a specific locator to make it seamless. Would love to go back soon!

The stay was in a lovely little house that can accommodate up to 4 people. It only takes a 5-10 minute walk to Kalkan beach, and only 20-30 mins drive to other tourist attractions such as Pattara and Kaputaş. It has several swimming pools that are shared with other neighbors. Parking place is not a worry. We had a very good communication with Ayhan Bey. Would be ideal for people who know what they want.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. We felt like at home. The house was thoughtfully furnished down to the smallest detail and everything necessary was available. A huge thank you to Lena and her husband, who were always available for any questions, very friendly and helpful.

Olcay is a Super host. Very responsive to every inquiry. Great location. One of the best coastal areas for swimming or diving. Olcay’s 2 story house is very spacious, very comfortable and very clean. Equipped with all necessary gadgets. As a bonus, it is close to a market which is only 5 minutes on foot. The resort itself is very well kept. It offers a ring service to and from the seaside for those who prefer not to walk or take several steps uphill. The personal at the resort and even the neighbors are very friendly and eager to help. Great location if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. I will definitely return to this special place.

Villa Limon is beyond wonderful! In all of our travels it is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Mr. Seder who greeted us upon arrival was so friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. We hope to return for a longer stay.

This is truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The photos do not do the view justice! It is a gorgeous apartment, beautifully furnished, and the view is breathtaking. Morning coffee looking out over the Kas harbor and the sea were perfect, as were the sunsets! It was magical. The host was very responsive, refilled the chilled drinking water almost immediately when it ran out, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The pool is lovely and a perfect way to cool off after the hike up the hill from the harbor. It definitely requires one to be quite fit, but you could also take a quick 3 minute taxi ride. We enjoyed the exercise and the reward of being at the the beautiful, peaceful Lemon House. Highly recommend this property! Thank you again.

Goksel’s place is a beautiful place to base yourself whilst visiting Kaş. Everything is just how the listing describes. The home is beautifully crafted with art and nice furniture. A fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The host is so incredibly kind and helpfull. Everything is super clean. Anything that you need to make your holiday a good one, Goksel’s will take excellent good care of you. He was so kind to leave us water and snacks in the home upon arrival. He even took us to the store to get a few things for the house. Such an excellent host. The sunsets in the evening are beautiful from the patio in the evening. The neighborhood is very friendly. We highly recommend Goksel’s place if you’re ever in Kaş.

Since it was my first villa holiday, I was a little worried about the road, but from the moment I entered the villa, all my worries ended. It was a very clean and tidy villa. Everything we needed was in the villa. The air conditioners worked smoothly. The pool was clean. The circulation cleaner was always on. There was detergent, softener, even fly repellent for the washing machine. It is a 10-star place, not 5. Also, Mr. Hüseyin, the owner of the villa, is a wonderful person. He is very modest. He definitely makes you feel like a friend, not a customer. It is a business that deserves its money. Thank you Mr. Hüseyin :)

What an amazing view, the infinity pool was lovely as well. Lots of local cats come and play in the backyard if you wanna play with them.

We’ve had a lovely stay in Z House. It’s in the perfect location as you can walk down to the beach but also be in the midst of the old town in seconds. We loved it all and would definitely recommend this place.

Many thanks to Baris and Ersin. Both were very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable . However, you have to drive. But the host has already said this before.The way up can actually be done on foot, only the heat makes it a little harder. Downstairs there are several beaches on foot or by taxi. Dolmuş is also every half an hour. To Kaş takes 5 min by car.. The sea is noptimal for swimming. Through the peninsula, the sea feels like a lake without waves. Absolutely recommended.
