Our apartment is 1+1. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There are all kitchen supplies. There are 2 air conditioners. 500 meters to Akçagerme beach, one of the famous beaches of Kaş. Our house has a garden. There is no smoking in our apartments. Our guests are welcome to use the garden.If you want to use the barbecue area, you need to let us know 1 day before and it is subject to availability. There is no parking for our building, parking is available on the street where our house is located.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. Villa Beyaz Kelebek in Kisla is one of the area’s finest properties and lies directly on the sea front, with large outdoor areas. The position guarantees magnificent sea views, there is a large private pool with infinity taking full advantage of the view. There is a Jacuzzi at the upper terrace behind the Villa with magnificent view over the bay and Kalkan. A staircase with 150 steps leads you down to the sea platform and access to the sea, sometimes there are local fishermen there as well.

The rental apartment is designed to offer its guests a unique comfort, pleasure and peace of mind. Umut apart is an apartment built in March 2022. Walking distance to the sea. Kas Kaputas and Patara are 15 minutes away by car. You can easily choose the hope apartment for a peaceful and safe holiday.

The last 100 meters of the road to the villa consists of a 20% incline. The terrace of our villa is not visible from the outside. There is no heating in our pool for the winter season. FYI A damage deposit of TL 7,000 is taken. Provided that it is returned once checked.
