Since I use my beautiful apartment very little myself, I am happy to make it available to nice Kassel visitors. It is in the middle of the city, right on the party mile Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, which can also be heard with open windows. 20 minutes' walk from the Kulturbahnhof, tram connection right in front of the door, a bicycle is there, a second, slightly smaller one can be added. Places such as Dokumentaaktionen, Stadthalle, Kongress Palais Kassel, PALAIS HOPP, are within walking distance.

The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

Wir sind eine junge Familie und bieten euch eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Landkreis Kassel – gestaltet nach dem Motto „Wie für mich selbst“. Zur Wohnung gehören eine ca. 20 m² große, teilüberdachte Terrasse sowie ein Garten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: von Gewürzen und Gesellschaftsspielen über Waschmaschine, Fliegengitter bis hin zu Pflegeprodukten. Ruhig gelegen, die Documenta-Stadt Kassel ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Beautiful bright, spacious apartment at the Königstor in Kassel. The apartment has three rooms with high ceilings and is very centrally located. Right in the middle of Kassel, below the trendy district, front west with many cafes and small owner-run shops. It is also close to the endless parks of the Karlsaue River and the city center is right around the corner. The apartment is just above the King Schulz Bar, a great address for excellent cocktails.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
