Holiday rentals with a patio in Kathikas

We had a lovely one night stay at the apartment as a family. The accommodation was clean and as described, with all the necessary amenities. And the pool was great! It was at a very convenient location and easy to check-in and check-out. Orlando and Michelle were great hosts and we would highly recommend their place.

We had a great stay! The house was comfortable and the pool was fantastic — the kids absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and just as described. Would definitely recommend!

Light, well furnished, clean, spacious apartment . We used the balcony a lot... lovely outlook, sea view from one side. Generous welcome goodies, bowl of fruit etc. So helpful ...washing powder under sink, so didn't need to buy a whole pack for one wash. Under 10 minutes walk to main bus route with good connections to everywhere. A couple of minutes longer to seafront and miles of promenade walk. Fabulous location

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and well stocked with basic necessities. The apartment was situated in a lovely area of paphos and within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The old town was a 30 minute walk from the apartment which was walkable in the evenings when the temperature was cooler. The host was very responsive and ensured to provide plenty of good communication. We were also provided with some lovely recommendations of places to visit and restaurants during our stay which we enjoyed. Overall, the apartment was lovely, clean on arrival and situated in a great area of Paphos. We had a lovely holiday so thank you to our lovely host.

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. I can’t say good enough things. I do airbnb a lot. Ofek did not have enough time to prep the place before I got there because I booked the same day. NOT ONLY the place was PERFECT when I got there, he also did it in about 2h!!! I had some other special needs during my stay and Ofek went ABOVE AND BEYOND in accommodating me. Super responsive. A perfect experience from the self check in, to the quiet neighbors, to the amazing apartment. Will stay again! If only all places where like this, and all hosts like Ofek, the world would be a better place. Thank you!

great place and great host :)

location in peacefully estate, two public swimming pools, one of those ringt behind the fence. the patio was a great benefit. a good size two bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Grocery shops in walking distance from the house, and good restaurant just on the corner. a few minutes drive to the marina and promenade. We had a car, and is also space for car in front of the house. The host is responsible and responds immediately. the kettle broken down, we got new without any issues. I would stay again

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

We had a great time during our stay in Cyprus. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is good—quiet and convenient if you have a car. However, we did notice a few things that could be improved. The mattresses were quite hard, and both the beds and doors made a lot of noise, which affected our sleep a bit. Also, the pillows were quite worn out and could use replacing. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. With a few small improvements, this place would be ideal!

Beautiful house located in one of the most peaceful village in Cyprus. Highly recommended if you would like to enjoy pure nature both on the beach and mountains. Amit gave me full information about the house and useful information of the village well in advance. I was so grateful for his help throughout my stay there😊

We loved our stay in Tala. Savvas and Helen were great hosts who keep a pristine flat and stay in regular contact. The flat itself had everything we needed, with the little details making a world of difference. The shared pool we had to ourselves for most of the trip. Tala is a charming village with some great, family-run tavernas and a central bar. Highly recommended. Thank you both!

I had an amazing time at Mario’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, local attractions, restaurants, and very easy to get around. Mario was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided great local tips and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. Great location and great communication makes for a great stay in Polis. Would recommend this to anyone travelling to Cyprus (for two adults or a family of three).

The location is perfect — restaurants, the beach, a supermarket, and boat rentals are all just around the corner. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and cold water waiting for us in the fridge — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. We had small luggage, so the stairs were no problem, but be aware that there’s no elevator. It might be challenging if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

Was a great apartment in a peaceful location in the hills. Had everything as described. Was a quick drive to paphos airport as well as local coastline and historical sites.

We had an amazing stay. It was so nice to just walk out of the apartment and take a swim in the pool. The apartment was also really clean and had everything we needed.
