We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, stylish, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with a beautyful view – perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Maria was a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. The location is peaceful yet close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time staying at Armenak & Mida’s place. They had a very in depth welcome pack for us when we arrived which was very helpful. We encountered a couple of obstacles when first arriving but Armenak & Mida when very prompt with their response and offered a solution almost immediately. I would recommend this stay to anyone travelling with family or friends!

Situated right in the center of a beautiful village with lots of Tavernas, cafes and bars. Even a small grocery shop! Everyone is so friendly! Great location as you in the hills but also only 20 minutes from the beach. The cottage has all you need with the added bonus of a terrace where we ate our breakfast/coffee and watched the world go by! There is a restaurant just opposite and others within a few minutes walk. It is such a perfect location.

I would definitely recommend staying here. The pool is lovely, gets lots of sun all day. The views are absolutely amazing. Another thing to mention is the easy to use kitchen, AC, and other amenities. Some gorgeous cats come to visit, just make sure to close the mesh over the doors as they seem keen to explore the house! Also plugs are English ones so no need for adapters! Comfy beds. Extra pillows. Downstairs of the house also stays cool during the day without air con. Would 100% recommend getting a car as most places in Paphos feel spread out. 15/20 minute drive to Paphos beach, harbour, coral bay, and Paphos old town. Free parking everywhere. Local restaurant Militzia Tavern was amazing, would recommend visiting (5 minutes by car). Hosts are lovely, very helpful, and friendly. Overall, lovely clean place to stay.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 3-bedroom house in Episkopi, Paphos. The home was nice, clean, and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom was cozy and quiet, with good beds and plenty of storage space. The living area was bright and welcoming. We enjoyed having breakfast on the sunny terrace. The neighborhood itself is charming and quiet, with a real local feel, and we loved being just a short drive away (10-15 min) from Paphos and the beaches. The hosts were kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Cyprus. We hope to return one day!

Great apartment. Spacious, clean and comfortable with great amenities. Next to a supermarket, bar, restaurant and coffee shop. 10 min walk to Tala Square and 20min drive to Paphos Great views from both balconies. Onsite pool. Very peaceful Highly recommended

We've been coming to Cyprus for over 20 years now and stopped in some lovely accommodation but Manuel's apartment has taken the top spot. We can highly recommend this Airbnb property it's in a lovely peaceful location with everything you need provided and views to die for from the large balcony. Manuel provided all the information needed and was always on hand by text if needed. Honestly we absolutely love this place and will be back later in the year. Highly recommended! We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. We especially loved the BBQ area near the pool, fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is large and beautifully lit at night, with a stunning view of the city. The tennis court, billiards table, and gym added a nice variety to our stay. The house itself has everything for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 10 out of 10 — we will definitely be back! 📍Philippos supermarket is just 5 minutes away by car, the beach is also a 5-minute drive, and restaurants and cafes are within 5–10 minutes as well.

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location and very walkable to nearby beach, harbor, castle, mall. Nearest groceries supermarket just 3 minute walk away. Easily accommodated our family of 4 which included two late teens children. Not the quietest of neighborhoods, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the apartment and was a small price to pay for the convenience of the location. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartment, bright and well-finished in every detail, located in an elegant residential complex with an impeccable swimming pool. Perfect cleanliness everywhere, total comfort: equipped kitchen, comfortable spaces, fast Wi-Fi, everything designed to make you feel immediately at home. The area is quiet but central: sea, shops and services can be reached in a few minutes. The real difference? The atmosphere: here everything is in the right place, you can feel the quality and attention. It is the ideal choice for those who want the best, without compromise. Highly recommended!

We stayed for two weeks in George's bungalow. It's located on a excellent spot at the beach The location is quite, but there is everything you need in walking distance. The bungalow provides everything needed and we enjoyed the garden and the sunbeds, while the beach is only a few steps away. We will come back and can definitely recommend it.

The apartment is as described. Very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, it was possible to cook meals. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (much needed). Small but comfortable bathroom, had some hygiene products available. Kristis was very attentive.

I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

Christos was an awesome host who met us and explained how to use his beautiful home. Directions on Google maps did not give correct information to get to his home, however Christos was there to flag us down! He also directed us to all the great places to explore and dine at. Most in walking distance. The house itself was very comfortable and spacious. We had 3 adults, however 3 more could stay and still have plenty of room.

Pure bliss overlooking the coastline & a quick drive down to Coral Bay! We booked a stay in Casa Authentica Cypria while viewing flats for sale in Peyeia & very glad we did! Demetris popped in to greet us & told us bits of local history. Generous welcome pack was lovely, very hospitable & genuine folk- He's part Canadian, so no communication issues like elsewhere. Been in various properties around Cyprus, but this one felt like we were actually in true Cyprus, not just anywhere in the Med. I doubt you can get more of a Cyprus feel than this! Cool Cypriot artwork, lots of kitchen items & a gas BBQ we didn't have time to use. Olive trees & Med foliage: an ambiance you usually get in deep rural parts of Cyprus, but this house is very central. Wifi, local TV, bed, hot water all very good. Found nearby small supermarket, kebab shops & Arabica Cafe. Can't really think of anything we didn't love, only wish we stayed longer. I recommend a stay in Casa Cypria wholeheartedly! You'll love it!

We had a great time staying in this lovely house. It was clean and comfortable and the location was superb. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommended and I would go back. Nectarios was very helpful with anything needed.

very quiet property so close to tomb of the Kings road. 5 minutes from shopping mall. everything you need is in the apartment. patio is amazing. sunshine all day and amazing sunsets at night. plenty space in bedrooms and great shower. no complaints from me, everything as described. I only booked a few days before travel and was lucky this space was free. will recommend and I will return.

Simply perfect. Studio is located in the center of really authentic city Tsada. Apartment itself gives you ancient feel of how people really lived back in the day. I had great experience with locals, learned how to play tavli. Hosts are very lovely couple with whom we had a chance to grab a vine and talk about great history and culture of Cyprus. Studio has all that you need. Really grateful for such experience.
