This place was perfect for our short stop in Phuket. Place was peaceful, had a beautiful view, host was very friendly and communicated great. This place was also walkable to the night market just have to be prepared for the long steep hill at the top on the way back.

Enormous apartment about 10 - 15 min walk from beach and convenient spot for collection when visiting other areas of Phuket. Great air conditioning throughout the apartment and the largest windows I have ever seen.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Patong! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool. The views were incredible, especially at sunset, and it was the perfect place to relax after exploring the town or spending time at the beach. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a hassle-free stay — great air conditioning, a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi and a kitchen. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, it was the perfect base for my time in Patong. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing spot near the beach.

Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

During our trip to Phuket we have lived in three different places, and with no doubt this was the best of the best. The location is great. It's 1 minute away from the Ao Yon beach by walking. The great surroundings and picturesque scenery around the place. The house is situated at the south-east side of the island, so you can observe magnificent dawns. Inside we had lots of foodstuff and care products, even including some useful medicine. The house feels like home. It's neat and with lots of decorating stuff. The area is private for residents of this housing complex. Besides, it should be noted that the host Nym is very responsive and kind. She always answered the questions we had in minutes! We even had some free beer in the fridge when we arrived, that's a nice touch! Would recommend this place to people who are willing to find a serene place without the clogged beaches and typical tourist attractions. It was a wonderful stay! 10/10

We had a great time! The house is ideal for big groups with plenty of things to do, we checked in instantly without any issues, Mu was very friendly and showed us around and how everything worked, for those not be able to connect to the wifi, use a small v not a big V at the start of the password ;) Everything was perfect, thanks again Tracey and Mu for everything, we would definitely recommend you and use you again. A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Per and Sirilak are by far the most welcoming hosts I’ve had — and I’ve done quite a few trips through Airbnb. Communication was great from start to finish. They helped us arrange the airport transfer and kindly allowed both early check-in and late check-out. The apartment itself is lovely, well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything during our stay. Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!
