Holiday rentals with a patio in Kato Gouves

I was there for 8 nights with my girlfriend in early September and it was amazing! Both in terms of price and location, an absolute gem 💎 Analipsi as a place is also absolutely recommended if you want to have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation - from great restaurants with sea views to traditional Greek tavernas in the city center and absolutely warm people - and all within walking distance of the apartment! 🇬🇷 The sea was breathtakingly clear and the sandy beach was also a 5-minute walk from the apartment! It was just fantastic to get up in the morning in the best sunny weather to go to the balcony and enjoy the view of palm trees and the sea on the horizon 🌊☀️ Everything you need is on site and the connections to neighboring cities such as Chersonisos are also cheap and versatile 😁🙏🏽 I would book the apartment through Kallia again at any time! 🤝🏽 Thanks for this great place and the easy handling! 🫶🏽

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is beautiful and totally clean. Everything you need is available and the terrace is a highlight. Communication with the host was always fast, nice and helpful. Everything was perfect

We had a very nice time at Stella's apartment! Stella is a very friendly woman who responds quickly and quickly. Everything is possible, as well as drop off luggage earlier and pick it up later. Cottage was very clean and tidy. Everything is also quickly accessible, restaurants and supermarkets are around the corner and the beach is also very close. In short, top location to stay with a fantastic host!

We had a pleasant stay in Heike's surprising roof house. Heike herself is a very nice and helpful host. The location in the village is great and Archanes is a great base for various trips.

We had a wonderful stay is this beautiful apartment. Eva is so kind, she left a really generous welcome package and even met us for a drink. Everything you need is supplied. The view is fabulous. Everything, bars, shops, restaurants etc. are within easy strolling distance and the beach is just a stones throw away. We will definitely be coming back

Spacious, pleasant and well-equipped apartment. Evangelos is responsive and welcoming. The proximity of the airport is very appreciable for an early morning departure.

Beautiful, peaceful setting and a good location to do day trips from. We enjoyed the beach and restaurants nearby. Nickolas was a great host and helped us with anything we needed.

Had a fantastic stay. Quiet area. 8 minutes walk from the boulevard. Supermarket is 5 minutes away. Car is handy to have to have to explore the rest of the island. Friendly people and apartment was modern and cleanly furnished. Would definitely come back jog sometime

We enjoyed a fantastic four days in Aris’ place, the views of the plateau and mountains are just beautiful! We felt right at home, and it was lovely to have Aris and his wife physically there at check in, a rarity these days! The images really don’t do this place justice, it is up some winding roads but we were prepared for that having visited the plateau in 2012. We can’t recommend staying here more, we really wish we’d have booked a longer stay! Aris had a fantastic hire car recommendation too, which was also great, and we had some amazing recommendations from them too. Thank you very much Aris!

We had a great stay at this apartment near Heraklion. It was very clean, quiet, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the intercity bus station for day trips to places like Malia, Hersonissos, Agios Nikolaos, Rethymno, and Chania. The local bus station is also nearby, with easy access to beaches and Knossos Palace. The owner was very welcoming and left us local raki and fresh fruit on arrival. Highly recommended!

My mum, daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were very comfortable. We were welcomed when we arrived and the hosts were very responsive. The bedrooms were cozy, we had lots of space, and the view is beautiful. My only comment would be that there are some essentials that would’ve made the stay easier - salt & pepper, roasting pans/trays for the oven, chopping knives, and some bin bags. We would recommend!

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!

Had a great stay! Thank you for your warm hosting, as well as your responsiveness and flexibility. The Airbnb is very well located: about 20-25 min from Heraklion by car and 10 min from the center of Hersonissos. Not having a vehicle, I got around by bus or taxi. There is a stop right in front of the accommodation (at the Zorbas Village Hotel) or another stop about 15-20 minutes walk. It is better to have a car to get around, go shopping because the Airbnb is a little out of the way, there is no hypermarket nearby on foot, it is a tourist area with many hotels, the molo café opposite offers free deckchairs. The location is very nice and safe, there are a lot of buses, taxis, cars but it's not too disturbing. The sea is right across the street, not even 2 minutes away, the view from the garden is great (of the sea and the mountains). The accommodation is comfortable and perfect for one or two people. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed for a month and the apartment has everything you need for a stay in the city. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the town centre, with bus stops (which takes you too and from the airport easily), shops, cafes and plenty of places to eat all close by. I felt very safe walking to the apartment alone on an evening. Despite being to close to the centre, the location of the apartment is quiet and there is no noise from traffic or nightlife. The apartment has two bedrooms which are light and have plenty of space, and the beds are also very comfortable. The balcony is great for drying your clothes and for sitting and enjoying the sun. The apartment would be very comfortable and enough room for 4 people staying here. Hosts are very responsive and have addressed any small issues that have arisen.

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I had an absolutely perfect week in this accommodation. Everything was as described, even better: clean, well-equipped, modern, and extremely comfortable. A superb apartment with a pleasant terrace located near the main bus station of Heraklion, ideal for strolling around the island. Located in the center, excellent restaurants are available close by. The host was very accommodating, which did not fail to improve our stay in Crete.

Beautiful appartment with stunning views. some traffic noise but no more than the area as a whole. I did have some issues getting in but only as front door to the appartment block was open and I missed the key box outside. however , I have a quick response when I messaged. the appartment is very secure.
