It is beautiful, very spacious and beautifully located. Just as the owner described. At the end of the street, the small footpath was a plus. The garden is really to be enjoyed and certainly the swing bench. Everything that was needed was present.

Very nice and spacious wooden cottage on the outskirts of Andrychów. The area is quiet and well-maintained, the interior is modern and very clean, the hosts are communicative. The center of Andrychów is ten minutes away by car, and the mountain trails can be easily reached on foot in half an hour to an hour, depending on the pace of the walk. If you are looking for an affordable place to rest from the big city, but without going to the total wilderness, this house is a good compromise.

Staying at Fillip's place was a unique and unforgettable experience! The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely lake . Filip was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place! Fully equiped, spacious, in a quiet private corner surrounded by nature. Perfect for families or for friends gatherings in a discrete setting. We had a particular appreciation for the parking place, the terrace equipped with a gas grill, the comfy bed, the green space around the house and the communication with the host. A big thanks!

Great house with everything you need for the weekend escape from the city

Beautiful flat, has everything you need. Very clean and everything well maintained. Walking distance to the Auschwitz Museum, a supermarket just over the road and the best kebab just around the corner. Would definetly recommend this place!

Great house for big company. Really stylish place. There was some problem with house locating, but Aneta helped with that by phone. Greatly recommended place.

Very nice, clean room in the apartment. Exceptionally friendly and helpful host. Interesting conversations, helpful tips. Few minutes away from the entrance to Off Festival site.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we are delighted for the second time. Beautiful decor, a wonderful view of 3 ponds, an atmospheric bedroom and bathroom, and this fireplace in the living room. 🥰 In addition, the host is very kind, helpful, and in constant contact. We'll be sure to come back again ❤️

Our stay in this house was very nice. The place is modern, with all facilities and accommodations: towels, soap, dishwasher tablets, all cutlery and appliances for the kitchen, washing liquid for washing the clothes, iron, barbecue with all necessary equipment, portable vacuum - so we felt as we were at home. There were also some groceries. There were even 6 sport bikes together with helmets and even special bike-bottles for water. Taking into account that there is a touristic path up to the mountains the bikes are very good idea. We were riding them several times and once even met a real deer, that was crossing the road. This house is in very nice location: close to the mountains, picturesque view, not far from any type of attraction (by car). The house itself is spacious, very cosy and made with good taste and design. Piotr- the landlord if very friendly, always in touch and can recommend anything you can ask about. We loved this place and would recommend it to other guests

We had a lovely stay at Anna’s place over the past weekend. Anna was a great host, very responsive and easy to contact as needed. What a lovely place as well. Very large house, lots of room, very clean and tidy and great large garden. We loved the pool room and sauna as well - great touch. Would 100% recommend staying here

We liked it very much at Miroslaw's place! The house and the property is very large and cozy. The house is isolated and private, however, there are few activities in the immediate vicinity. We will be happy to come back anytime thank you so much!

Genuinely top-level spot for a getaway party. The house is fully prepared for having fun in a good style. Spent the weekend with 12 ppl here, everything served us well. Patryk was very responsive and open. Positive things you may not spot on photos: - the tv is a smart TV - there’s really a lot of dishes, glass and cutlery - there are three different balls: soccer, volley and rugby. Small thing but adds up. - you also have hammock - IT’S REALLY QUIET unless there’s another party near by* The pool table, darts and fusball are not a top quality but still they work and provide fun. *You may only keep in mind that there’s another huge party house right next to this one, so you may find another party / trip next to yours at the same time - that’s exactly what we had. But it was not a problem for us, actually we liked the other guys a lot. Your terrace will be on the other side of the house so you keep your privacy and eventually parties do not blend too much. Strongly recommend!

This is awesome opportunity to live in a such beautiful and unusual place. It’s like to live in a museum. The owner was very polite and presented the house and its history. The location is just optimal: 15 mins on car and you’re in the city’s center of Ostrava. We highly recommend visiting this place :)

We rate the stay 5 stars. Beautiful modern house and a very well-kept garden with a swimming pool and barbecue. The owners have taken care of every detail so that guests can feel at home. The standard of the rooms allowed us to relax and sleep well. We'll be back :)

Kamil was the perfect host, always there to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. The Villa is amazing, it was perfect for our group trip. Lovely garden space, plenty of space, everything you needed for a base. The beds were very comfortable to sleep, but they are all single. A couple of double beds would have been good but didn’t affect our stay. The downstairs bedrooms have room darkening blinds but upstairs don’t, which is fine if you don’t mind getting up early to enjoy the day. Overall I would highly recommend Kamil and his Villa. We are already talking about coming back next year for a long weekend together.
