On hot days, a dip in the neighboring warm bath or in Lake Ammersee is recommended. City strolls and culture can be enjoyed in Munich's city center, only 25 minutes away by car. The house is equipped with modern beauty, high-quality and offers many amenities with a 50 sqm terrace, even in the outdoor area. In 2 bedrooms and 2 children's rooms, 3 adults and 2 children can live. The living room offers another guest bed. A baby cot can be provided. Through the house entrance and hallway you enter a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area. The adjoining open kitchen has an oversized ceramic hob and high-quality kitchen equipment with all appliances. Cooking can be a shared experience... On the same floor are the parent area with bedroom, bathroom with hot tub tub and extra shower room as well as the guest bathroom and youth room. All rooms have direct access to the surrounding 50 sqm - terrace. In the house on the ground floor with an exit to the garden, there is a children's room with bunk bed, a playroom and a children's bathroom with rain shower.
