Luxurious, cozy and quiet apartment with beautiful views all around. Excellent base for visiting the water games of Schloss Willemshöhe in Kassel and the nice historical towns with half-timbered houses in the area. With nice weather you can sit comfortably in the garden.

We felt very comfortable in Irina and Uwe's apartment! It is cozy and equipped with everything you need. And if something is missing, the hosts are happy to help. The apartment is located on the edge of Kleinalmerode, it is wonderfully quiet, you can hear above all birdsong and rustling from the trees. The area is very idyllic, there are great premium hiking trails in the "Frau-Holle-Land": definitely recommended! Thank you very much, Irina and Uwe, we will be happy to come back!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained, everything worked smoothly. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were able to fully enjoy the stay. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and check-in was completely uncomplicated. The accommodation was well equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. We really enjoyed it – thank you for the great hospitality and this beautiful accommodation!

Upon arrival, we and our dog felt right at home. It is exactly as in the advertisement. Beautiful bathroom also: toilet shower and large sink with furniture and mirror. very green and quiet environment, very nice walks made every day. definitely recommended 😀

My stay at Banu's was wonderful! The location of the house is very good, well connected with bus stops. It is also very relaxing to be in that area, a very quiet area. Banu was always kind and helpful for all kinds of things, for any information she did not hesitate to help me. I found the house clean and tidy, with everything you need for a great stay. 5 stars more than deserved, I highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay in a lovingly furnished apartment We were able to spend a wonderful time in Kassel from June 13 to 15 - and not least thanks to the great apartment of Uta. The apartment is not only tastefully and modernly furnished, but also extremely well thought out – you can immediately tell that everything has been thought of with great attention to detail. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and enjoyed the days in the city to the fullest. A special thank you to Uta for the warm and friendly welcome and the all-around pleasant stay. We were very kindly and accommodatingly received by Alexandra and her husband. After a short and comprehensive briefing, we had a very spacious apartment in a separate house all to ourselves and were able to spread out and feel comfortable. The modern, comfortable furnishings and the quiet location invite you to enjoy and relax. The accommodation is located in a small, quiet side street in a village, which is almost embedded in beautiful countryside. You can take walks and discover spectacular landscapes in the area by car. We felt very welcome at Alexandra's and enjoyed the time very much. Thank you!

Another great stay in Sabine’s apartment. It was lovely and cool during the heatwave. Spotlessly clean. The village is very peaceful but only about 10 minutes from the motorway.

Great location, uncomplicated, and friendly hosts! We enjoyed the stay very much, especially the meadow across the street and the possibility to do small boat trips!

The room is very tastefully furnished, in a quiet rear building location with balcony and view of the countryside. The location could not be better - good transport links and within walking distance to the beautiful Art Nouveau neighborhood with nice cafes, restaurants, organic shops, etc. Thank you - it was a real discovery!
