Really beautiful house, a lot of space, very comfortable to stay with a lot of people! Beautiful view! We were very sad to leave! Just a few minutes walking to restaurants and seaside. Communication was also great, and we were allowed to check-out late! Thank you so much!

This place is picture perfect; we absolutely loved it! The pool, the outdoor space, the nearly private beach - all of it makes for the ideal Greek getaway. The home is very secluded. It takes about 15 minutes over very rough roads to get to this part of the island and once you’re there, you’re there. In other words, there is nothing to do but enjoy the house and the beach. That is exactly what we were looking for and this home delivered in spades. We have zero complaints but one suggestion for the owners. It would be great if there was a paid service where guests could provide a grocery list and have the groceries waiting at the house upon arrival for a fee. It’s a very bumpy ride into town and back, and this would help guests get settled in even faster. Again, this is not a complaint at all, but rather a suggestion for an add-on service that others might also appreciate and be willing to pay for. We will definitely be back!!

great location, amazing villa with a beautiful pool and view. fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and beautifully decorated. Alfredo was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for our stay in kea. highly recommended!

Πραγματικά μια πανέμορφη βίλα στην Αγία Ειρήνη. Μακριά από την οχλαγωγία με την ιδιωτικότητα που θέλαμε και χρειαζόμασταν. Η πρόσβαση ήταν εύκολη καθώς είχαμε κλείσει μεταφορά από το λιμάνι. Ο κύριος Δημητρης ήταν ένας πολύ ευγενικός άνθρωπος που φρόντισε να μην μας λείψει τίποτα. Καθώς δν είχαμε πολύ χρόνο στην διάθεση μας, μας έδωσε σαφής οδηγίες για να τον αξιοποιήσουμε. Το σπίτι ειναι ακριβώς ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες για να μην πω πως ίσως από κοντά είναι καλύτερο(κάτι που λέω πρώτη φορα). Ευρύχωρο και υπερπολυτελές με ότι θα μπορούσα να χρειαστώ. Πολύ σημαντικό το ότι είχε νετφλιξ γιατί με ενοχλεί κάθε φορά που πάω διακοπές να πρέπει να βάζω τον δικό μου κωδικό και εν τέλη να γυρνάω Αθήνα και να με πετάει η εφαρμογή γτ ειναι συνδεδεμένοι οι επόμενοι πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου😂. Θα ξεχωρίσω τα άνετα κρεβάτια και την υπεροχη βεράντα με την μοναδική θέα. Συνοψίζοντας, ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και το καταλυμα όπως και ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάνω από τις προσδοκίες μας.

The property was stunning, and the host was welcoming and kind. The island itself is gorgeous, and I loved relaxing by the pool while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. Everything was super nice and I’ll definitely recomend visitng this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sandra Maria! Peaceful location, perfect for a relaxed getaway. We were six friends from London and the villa had everything we needed — especially the well-equipped kitchen (the griddle was a fun surprise!). Highly recommend renting a car — it made exploring the island easy. The beaches are stunning and often empty, felt like our own private spots. Sandra Maria and her mom were amazing hosts — super responsive and gave great local tips (don’t miss the lobster pasta at Nine Daughters!). Small heads-up: bring insect repellent for the evenings. A few harmless spiders around, but totally expected in such a remote and natural setting. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful place.

Our stay in this wonderful villa changed our view regarding Kea island! The unique location with dramatic views of the sea, the privacy and the small distance from the port (10 minute drive) and Chora (Ioulis, 20 minute drive) are the positive key factors. Most importantly, the eclectic taste of the owners make the interior and the exterior of the villa absolutely fabulous, since the visitors can chill inside and outside. One can easily stay at the villa throughout their stay in the island thanks to the concept of the external spaces. The villa is composed of a 2-floor main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 separate guesthouses with a bathroom each. Tradition and simple lines set the rule for this small gem! Olga, the hostess is the most wonderful, kind and hospitable human being! With useful pieces of advice and consideration to the guests! We will definitely visit this place again!

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

Cozy villa with a good location and layout. Lovely terrace with a view of the sea and the harbor. Walking distance to the harbor and a nice beach. We were five adults and two children, we had a great time in this villa.

Le logement d’Anna est un paradis ! Nous avons passé sept jours entre piscine et excursions dans les belles plages aux alentours et dans petites villes grecques typique. L’espace est parfait car chacun a sa petite maison privée, avec salle de bain. Et l’espace commun devant la piscine est juste incroyable. La cuisine est super bien équipé, idéal pour cuisiner et faire des plats à déguster sur la terrasse. Il y a plein de petits endroits cachés où pouvoir lire un livre, dessiner ou juste se reposer. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables, tout est fait et penser pour passer des vacances merveilleuses. Anna a toujours été Disponible, et ça a été un vrai plaisir de la rencontrer. La seule chose à savoir, et qu’il faut être un bon conducteur pour faire la montée en voiture, mais cette montée vaut le détour!

The views from the house were incredible! The house was big and lovely, especially the pool and other outdoor areas. It was off a dirt road, which made access a bit tough (some taxis would not go to it) but that is what provides privacy and the spectacular sunsets. Micheal, our host, was reachable and responsive. Kea was full of beautiful beaches, and warm and lovely people, especially Aglaia and Costas’ Table, a local cooking school, which we all highly recommend!

Elissavet is a wonderful host, very responsive and responsible. Unfortunately we did not receive the exact gps coordinates prior to trying to get to her place, so we struggled finding it, but she instantly solved this, when she realised we did not have the exact location. We took our family and our dog to the house and we had such a wonderful time. The house is nice to fit 6 people. The outside is perfect, the view, the various places to sit and relax, the outside dining area. I think we were the first visitors of the season. All the pillows had brand new covers. The kitchen was lacking a few appliances (4 table knives for 6 people), but that probably had to do with the start of the season. We really loved our stay and the helpful host.

What a beautiful home! So nice we never wanted to leave - which is perhaps the only risk.. you won’t see as much of the island. But honestly, everything you need within 50 meters and the most wonderful hosts and help on hand. Hope to be back one day!

Excellent séjour à Vourkari. Maison très agréable, accès à pieds au port, et à une petite plage. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse de la maison. Nikos est un hôte très réactif et très efficace. Mona nous a très bien accueillis, et est elle aussi très réactive.

Séjour exceptionnel chez Eric ! La maison est absolument superbe, idéalement située et propose des prestations à la hauteur de toutes nos attentes. Nous avons été accueillis au port, puis conduits à la maison en seulement dix minutes. Sur place, nous avons découvert un espace principal et 3 studios indépendants. Parfait pour un séjour en groupe, chacun profitant de son intimité. Nous avons adoré prendre l’apéritif sur la grande terrasse et dîner au bord de la piscine. Le calme des lieux est un vrai plus pour se ressourcer. Un séjour inoubliable que je recommande vivement !

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι δίπλα στη θάλασσα στην Κέα ήταν πραγματικά αξέχαστη. Από τη στιγμή που περάσαμε το κατώφλι, καταλάβαμε ότι είχαμε βρει τον ιδανικό προορισμό για την οικογένειά μας. Η θέα προς τη θάλασσα ήταν απλά εκπληκτική. Κάθε πρωί, ξυπνούσαμε με τον ήχο των κυμάτων και την αίσθηση της αλμυρής αύρας που μας γεμίζει με θετική ενέργεια. Οι ηλιόλουστες μέρες τις περνούσαμε απολαμβάνοντας τη θάλασσα από τη βεράντα μας, ενώ τα βράδια αφιερώναμε στο να παρακολουθούμε το ηλιοβασίλεμα με θαυμασμό. Η κατοικία ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που είχαμε φανταστεί. Το γεγονός ότι ήταν δίπλα στη θάλασσα και είχε μια όμορφη πισίνα την έκανε ακόμα πιο ελκυστική. Τα παιδιά μας απόλαυσαν ατελείωτες ώρες παιχνιδιού στην πισίνα, ενώ η εμπειρία τους από την παραλία ήταν απλά αξεπέραστη. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Κάθε γωνιά αντανακλούσε την προσοχή που δίνεται στη λεπτομέρεια και την φροντίδα για την άνεση των φιλοξενουμένων.

Amazing experience. We definitely come back soon. Apartment was super clean and had a nice view. The housekeeper couple was really nice and always helpful with recommendations etc. and even picked us up close to the port. Love that place and the people! Thank you for having us.

Great hospitality. The house is simply great, perfect for two families. The view is fantastic and the house includes everything one could wish for whether it is inside or in the rest areas outdoor. The location is close to great beaches although it is a tough call to leave the cool house and pool.

Position is perfect and the view from the infinity pool is magnificent specially when sunset. Despite we were there during 15th August which is the peak of the season was very quiet and there are 3 organisés beaches on walking distance I suggest for family looking to relax also place has a big bbq and fully equipped kitchen. U need a car to visit rest of the island and shopping. Ideal for charging batteries

Irini’s place is a real gem, a paradise on earth! If you are looking for peace of mind and relaxation this is the place to be! The house is very well equipped and only 5 minutes from Kea’s town where you can find anything you need. It’s definitely a 5* recommendation!
